I wonder if the stereo isn't properly defined as being inside.  Sims can't dance normally outside to an indoor stereo, but they can and do smustle.  Maybe the cops hear it too.

Sick of Bluewater?  Try Sedona or Meadow Lawns instead.  Meadow Lawns is a whole neighbourhood built to explore OFB.  Sedona is a sub'hood you can install as a permanent alternative to Bluewater - it's an "out of this world" experience!  www.moreawesomethanyou.com/cwykes

Why can't they just smustle in the room with the stereo?  I hate when the visitors start smustling by themselves in a room far away from it.

I'm pretty sure that Dizzy did a fix so sims only dance in the same room as the stereo.

EDIT: linky to Dizzy's fix

I have certain ex-NPCs who have some weird behaviours when the go visiting on another lot.  They walk into the house as if they own it and stay until like 4 o'clock in the morning...sometimes even longer.  They autonomously start taking care of all the babies and todlers who live in the house.  This has happened with an ex-bartender, ex-cheerleader and ex-cafeteria worder.  What's up with that?  The ex-cheerleader always revers back to her uniform if she is not pregrant.  I'm starting to wonder whether or not these sims are still partially considered NPC by the game.

The cheerleader is borked in such a manner, yes. Cheerleader, mascot, and drama professor. I've not heard of problems with the bartender and cafeteria worker before.

I had some more weirdness today - a couple of the guests used the shower at the Trepie/Witch twins birthday party. Interestingly both of them are in lurve with Witch but I thought that while using the toilet is fine, the shower is a no-no for guests.

To top it all, Witch's fiance (Trepie), three lovers and one potential mate were in attendance and not one teeny weeny bit of jealous action was observed with the whole thing run on free will and ACR on autonomous!

I'd never get away with that in real life. Hope Trepie continues to not notice. Is witch still sleeping on the couch after the twins incident?

I had the same experience with the ex-NPCs. Uninvited ex-bartenders barging into the house everyday (it has nothing to do with their personality), constantly primping ex-Divas/ex-Mr.Bigs, constantly farting ex-Slobs, borked community outfits of ex-Uni NPCs and so on. I was so sick of them that I Delete 2'ed many ex-NPCs, until I found out how to strip NPC code from the character files. Now I can hang onto the good-looking ex-NPCs for breeding purpose.
