So this is a BIG "Got right by accident" in my book and I'm surprised Ea didn't play this one out more. The new cheat added with Generations "moviemakercheatsenabled true/false" is AMAZING! It lets you control NPC's, edit sim in CAS, turns off that thing where the sim looks around aimlessly, tells your sim to only do the animation you tell it to do and it lets you tell the sim to do any animation from the game. I lessthanthree this so much. Now if only they'd fix the camera to be more like how TS2's was, movement wise.

Well all the other files I've  decrapified are working fine. and dont call me noob now  Undecided

Have you tried turning it off then back on again? Or in this case redownloading them or getting them from another source?

I love how they always blame third party mods and cc right away.

I had my sim make a bunch of different potions, but eventually all but two disappeared from her inventory. I never had her use them so I don't know what happened. She never gifted them either.

Radical Reparum makes a Sim very handy for an hour.
Liquid Horror gives them the Horrified moodlet for 8 hours.
Sleeping Elixir makes them sleep for 8 hours.
Mood Enhancer gives them a big boost for I think 3 hours.
Ghost Postion makes them ghosted for 3 hours.
Ninja Vanish can only be thrown or given, and not at home. It makes them invisible, and then my Sim TP'd home and was visible again, so not sure why that's useful.
Imaginary Friend Metamorphium can only be given as a gift to someone on the same lot, and the Sim has to know your Sim well enough to feel comfortable accepting a gift from them.
Bladder Flow fills their bladder motive.
Stink Juice fills their hygiene motive.
Young Again moves them back to either the beginning of their current age or the beginning of Young Adult (my Sim was already a Young Adult so it's a bit unclear, but it was like a proper birthday)

What does this have to do with his question?
980  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2011 May 31, 21:42:06
Am I doing something wrong?

Yes.
981  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: New Patch 1.22 on: 2011 May 31, 20:53:27
Shouldn't there be patches for each EP and SP? I noticed the update notes mention them, but I haven't seen links to anything other than the base game patch.

Could we be so lucky that EAxis managed to release one file that will actually update ALL installed EP/SPs, and not just the base game?

Did you forget who you are talking about? Ea couldn't be bothered to code it's way out of a paper bag. The Pc patch only does base and Generations. The incrementals are only available for the Mac right now, which is a total WTF move BTW. Really Ea? Really? Or at least thats what the US site says.

Does someone have separated version of musical set for kids?

brownlustgirl already posted it (8 posts back from the one you quoted) in the Downloads thread, from back in April.

Well yes, but that would have required Shazzam to actually look. So from now on all you other Speshul lil snowflaeks can just ask jaldeer to find your shit for you when you're too fucking lazy to even look back 8 posts. Not to mention the using the goddamn search box, that's just to complicated.
983  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Next Expansion Pack will have Pets in it and here is proof on: 2011 May 30, 17:30:01
Still L&P, there was coding for pets in Base Game if I remember correctly, the game just never used it.
984  Awesomeware / Armoire of Invincibility / Re: TOOL: TS3 Recompressor on: 2011 May 30, 14:08:36
With Generations installed, the game seem to have problems reading compressed files. According to process monitor, it reads each file about 50,000 times; sometimes more. Decompressing using s3rc.exe doesn't solve it, I had to open the package files and re-save them using s3pe to fix them.
With Generations installed?! On May 29th? I thought it releases May 30th.

Really? Have you not visited any of the other threads? We've had generations for days now. Get with the program, we be pirates here at MATY, arrr!

Stupid question, when you say main sims directory, do you mean latest EP/SP or the base game?
988  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AwesomeMod Updater (v2.6 - Updated 05/25/2011) on: 2011 May 28, 17:12:16
Okay, i've downgrade my game to v.1.19.
Now it works, but how i can install Sims3 Generations, when the setup requires v.1.21 update

Listen here fucktard. The game hasn't even been officially released yet. The patches have been recalled. And there isn't a test or official awesomemod yet. If you want to play generations you're going to have to do so without awsomemod for now. Now please shut the fuck up and go away.

Not that it matters to anyone using awesomemod but there's an official cheat to send sims back into CAS and you can now switch households via edit town.
990  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: The "Where Can I Find This CC?" Thread - Because you fail at Google on: 2011 May 26, 14:21:22
Somebody out there at one time made reverse meshes of the spiral stairs that came with Apartment Life. I can't for the life of me remember who or where or how to find them again. Anyone know where these are or have them?

You must really suck at google because I found them on my first try, hint, they're a pay item.
991  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomod discussion/questions/helpful tips thread on: 2011 May 26, 01:22:44
I was trying to read through it when we lost electricity because our town was about to get hit by a tornado (I live in Missouri) - but thanks for your concern, assholes.

But you still managed to post here? And you're still posting here, looks like the tornado missed your double-wide, lucky us.

Did you even bother to read what you linked to in your post? DIAF
993  Awesomeware / Armoire of Invincibility / Re: TOOL: TS3 Recompressor on: 2011 May 21, 03:03:42
I decrapified...

No, you didn't.
994  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: gotta keep re-installing on: 2011 May 13, 20:19:46
That's because you probably downloaded the trick sims3packs, you know like trick candles. Search moar.

Well it's quite obvious it doesn't "work fine." You're doing it wrong.

997  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Random crashfest; at my wit's end on: 2011 April 29, 19:28:58
On a slightly butthurt note, where did I mention using the launcher? I spoke of being able to launch the game, not using EA's fuckpile of a rootkit.
-- and now the launcher tells me it crashes unexpectedly, after which the sims intro attempts to fire up and the entire system freezes instead, causing the computer to self-reboot.
Questions? Comments?
998  Awesomeware / Armoire of Invincibility / Re: TOOL: TS3 Recompressor on: 2011 April 25, 02:11:32
It's normal. This is because the creator used packaged store stuff, I think.
999  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Please help me fix this BS on: 2011 April 23, 17:10:28
When I got my current PC it was BSOD right from the start randomly for no reason. It was the preinstalled Norton trial.
1000  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Please help me fix this BS on: 2011 April 23, 01:53:38
In all fairness most Mac users have no idea what you're talking about or have no idea how to do what it is that you're taling about. Most not all.
