I had my sim make a bunch of different potions, but eventually all but two disappeared from her inventory. I never had her use them so I don't know what happened. She never gifted them either.
Radical Reparum makes a Sim very handy for an hour. Liquid Horror gives them the Horrified moodlet for 8 hours. Sleeping Elixir makes them sleep for 8 hours. Mood Enhancer gives them a big boost for I think 3 hours. Ghost Postion makes them ghosted for 3 hours. Ninja Vanish can only be thrown or given, and not at home. It makes them invisible, and then my Sim TP'd home and was visible again, so not sure why that's useful. Imaginary Friend Metamorphium can only be given as a gift to someone on the same lot, and the Sim has to know your Sim well enough to feel comfortable accepting a gift from them. Bladder Flow fills their bladder motive. Stink Juice fills their hygiene motive. Young Again moves them back to either the beginning of their current age or the beginning of Young Adult (my Sim was already a Young Adult so it's a bit unclear, but it was like a proper birthday) What does this have to do with his question?

Shouldn't there be patches for each EP and SP? I noticed the update notes mention them, but I haven't seen links to anything other than the base game patch.
Could we be so lucky that EAxis managed to release one file that will actually update ALL installed EP/SPs, and not just the base game? Did you forget who you are talking about? Ea couldn't be bothered to code it's way out of a paper bag. The Pc patch only does base and Generations. The incrementals are only available for the Mac right now, which is a total WTF move BTW. Really Ea? Really? Or at least thats what the US site says.

May 2011(links protected) http://lix.in/-a24258includes may 2011 compilation sims generations bonus musical set for kidspass:bypcpanamacrew Does someone have separated version of musical set for kids? brownlustgirl already posted it (8 posts back from the one you quoted) in the Downloads thread, from back in April. Well yes, but that would have required Shazzam to actually look. So from now on all you other Speshul lil snowflaeks can just ask jaldeer to find your shit for you when you're too fucking lazy to even look back 8 posts. Not to mention the using the goddamn search box, that's just to complicated.

With Generations installed, the game seem to have problems reading compressed files. According to process monitor, it reads each file about 50,000 times; sometimes more. Decompressing using s3rc.exe doesn't solve it, I had to open the package files and re-save them using s3pe to fix them.
With Generations installed?! On May 29th? I thought it releases May 30th. Really? Have you not visited any of the other threads? We've had generations for days now. Get with the program, we be pirates here at MATY, arrr!

Okay, i've downgrade my game to v.1.19. Now it works, but how i can install Sims3 Generations, when the setup requires v.1.21 update
Listen here fucktard. The game hasn't even been officially released yet. The patches have been recalled. And there isn't a test or official awesomemod yet. If you want to play generations you're going to have to do so without awsomemod for now. Now please shut the fuck up and go away.

I was trying to read through it when we lost electricity because our town was about to get hit by a tornado (I live in Missouri) - but thanks for your concern, assholes.
But you still managed to post here? And you're still posting here, looks like the tornado missed your double-wide, lucky us.

On a slightly butthurt note, where did I mention using the launcher? I spoke of being able to launch the game, not using EA's fuckpile of a rootkit.
-- and now the launcher tells me it crashes unexpectedly, after which the sims intro attempts to fire up and the entire system freezes instead, causing the computer to self-reboot.
