Just checked (just remembered about it actually) and I have all expansions and FFS and Glamour installed. I still have the flamingo wall light-it is toward the back of the wall light catalog. You know, on the next 'page' bit :)

I don't know if this applies to GUID conflict as well, but I've found that replacements and overrides (like unlocked outfits and default skins) are detected by the game anywhere within My Documents/EA Games/The Sims. They don't have to go in the downloads or saved sims folder.
Same goes for some meshes.

Ok I think I know what happened. EA have made the new flamingo a Nightlife object. I don't have it because I don't have Nightlife. When I added OFB to my base game, I lost my base game deco flamingo and didn't get the new one. Sucks!
Ivy has very kindly sent me a package file for the base game flamingo, so I now have that back in my game and I'm happy. Thanks for posting everyone.

Yup, the change didn't get forwarded to those only having base + OFB...an oopsie on Maxis's part.
Anyone else missing flamingoes, here they are, they will show up back in deco.
