Oh, is this your creation? I took a look at it, very interesting, and downloaded. I am all for sims having consequences for woohooing most of the town, although I think the percentage of STDs could come down to ten. Haven't played with it yet, but this looks GRATE!
Would like one that would work more for a community lot and not so much for actives only. After a while I would like the town to have fun.

The adult sites have lots of mods for the Sims 2 to accomplish a working brothel. SexySims2 and InSimAdult.

I think there are some OFB pay for "use" beds. Or you can simply use a casual woohoo mod and a ticket machine. Charge by the hour, not the girl.

This looks very interesting, and I don't mind the STD chances at first glance, but it depends how quickly it would spread through the town - can non active sims autonomously use the bed once you set the hooker? Might be time for play testing.
BTW for TS2 brothels I used the ACR mod.
