Anach's Sims 3 Mods - Updated 13th March 2010

With the release of the recent patches, many mods I used required updating, and so I decided to do this myself rather than waiting for someone else to do it.

All these have been updated for 1.9/2.4, and while you may find them elsewhere, these versions are my own personal settings and entirely updated for the current version of the game with WA/HELS installed.

Anach_Sims3_Tweaks_1.2

Anach_2xPartyGuest_WA - Caps party guest max to 20 Sims instead of 10.
Anach_AdoptionPrice_WA - Adoption Price 10k.
Anach_All_Buyable_WA - All Books, Fish, Ingredients etc buyable from stores (including missing WA books.)
Anach_CameraHeightMin - Sets the minimum camera height to ground level.
Anach_HigherBillsRegular_WA - Doubled value of bills once per week on Wednesday.
Anach_InteractionQueueLimit16_WA - Queue limit set to 16 interaction instead of 8.
Anach_LongerEating_WA - Doubled duration for eating meals (More social interaction), and sims 100% likely to eat their favourite food if available.
Anach_MaidTweaks_WA - 2 maids now show up for 10 items instead of 15 (Better for large complex houses) and prefers the same maid each day.
Anach_NoAnnoyingMusic_WA - Removes music from Build/Buy/Store/Map/Edit Town.
Anach_NoSpongeBathRestrict_WA - Anyone can sponge bath.
Anach_PregnancyTweaks_WA_2.2.3 - 9 Day pregnancy with water break, 12 Days off with WA fixes.
Anach_RichValue_WA - Sims are not marked as "Rich" unless the lot value is 500k or more.
Anach_TeenWoohooTFB_HELS - This will enable Teen Whoohoo and TFB autonomously, as well as marriage etc (WA and HELS compatible)
Anach_UnlockedRewardFridge_WA - Chef reward fridge unlocked and available in the fridge category.
Anach_WashHandsChance_WA - Changes to the chance of sims washing their hands after using toilet.

Anach_TF_EF_Bikini_Thong

Enables the bikini and thong in swimwear for elders and teens

Anach_AF_Pregnancy_Clothing_For_EF_1.1

Allows Elders to wear adult pregnancy clothing (no more floating head for pregnant elders)

Anach_CarLimoBlue

Ownable, drivable, customisable default game limo.

9 day pregnancy?  With "rule of 6" aging mod, the pregnancy lasts longer than the entire baby/toddler stage, the most useless stage of a sim's life.

BTW, before anyone asks where the tweak file is, been having trouble with my router today, so intended to upload a fixed version of the annoying sound removal mod, but have only just been able to do so now.

I know thank you posts are totally lame but I am so happy that someone finally got rid of that annoying build/buy music, it was driving me sane! Great job and I plan on using quite a few of the other tweaks as well

Not quite epic.  Sort of mid-range aging.  My sims (if they survive) tend to live about 175-200 days.  I just like more instant gratification - 9 day pregnancies are too much like waiting in line at the supermarket.  Not meant to be a criticism of the mod itself, just a comment.

Seems like the standard setting is more for you. Hopefully one of the other modders will update their pregnancy mods and give you some more options, I only included one option, simply because they are my personal mods and I only use one option. In this case its all about me

Most of it should work fine without WA, as long as you have the latest patch.

However, you can tweak my files yourself with s3pe, or go find yourself the pregnancy morphs on MTS, then head over here to get yourself a custom pregnancy mod compatible with AM.

If anyone is using the Teen Pregnancy mod with the 1.9/2.4 patch, make sure you update to the latest version (As of today)

Cleaned and updated the AF elder pregnancy clothing to include the nude model so there are no more floating heads in the shower either.

Hopefully someone will do some proper elder pregnancy clothing and body at some point so we don't need to use the AF mesh.
