I just had Mortimer meet the new Gypsie in town and buy some potions to fulfill wants. He just vanished after buying the Vampire potion. I can't even get him back with the teleporting picture. Help!!!

Did you install the Nightlife patch? it is suppose to fix the disappearing problem after a Sim purchase a potion.

Ive had sims go invisible for no reason before. post patch. did you try having him do something like watch tv or use the toilet? if he resonsd i the tv turns on or the toilet flushes he's there just invisible

I don't know if he turned invisable, but his icon disappeared from the family screen. He didn't even stay long enough to become selectable through InSimenator V.2.0. Which is the very latest! I didn't save but, I don't want to buy any more potions now...

Jase has a mod for disappearing sims but if you have the patch, it might not work - it might be a different problem than the one he corrected. You could check out the thread and see if it's something you want to try using to fix the problem.

People disappear for me, and I have the patch. It only seems to happen when you use the "Dismiss" interaction on the gypsy. Now I buy my potion and use Inge's teleporter to clear her off the lot.
