Extract file into your Downloads folder and enjoy.

This hack will prevent your sims from overeating.  Sims will stop
eating if their hunger motive is greater than 95%.

v1.2  No more food delete, lowered hunger threshold from 100 to 95, added another hunger check.
v1.1  Sims now stop eating when full and left over food is deleted.
v1.0  Sims no longer get fat but continue through eating action.
