FFS, kissing_toast told you where to go AND witch linked it to you. If you can't figure out the author's name from the rich contextual clues you have been fed, I'm not sure if you'd even understand a direct answer.
Go to the thread you were given. Look at the name of the person who posted the fix. That would be the author. Ask THEM if they have a "page."

Not even ESL, the OP said she was translating on-the-go from a dictionary. As someone who has had to do that before, I think the hostility in this thread is a little unwarranted. I think this was more of a "failure to communicate" than a "special snowflake" situation. |

While it is true that consideration is given for ESL (or freestyle communication attempts from other language), it is also true that some requests are less than totally important. For example, learning the name of the author of a non-MATY fix, for the sole purpose of posting a link to that fix on another forum/site, could be considered non-urgent bzns.
I am not overcome by the OP's sense of crisis in this matter.
