Night Life : sims ONLY uses Taxi (refuse to use vehicles)

Occasionally the harvester glitches, gets stuck in ones inventory and clones itself when you remove it. This somehow also causes one to be unable to use any transit but taxis, or (in WA destinations) scooters and bicycles. It doesn't always happen, but it happens enough for there to be good reason not to leave a harvester in your sims' inventory.

Putting the borked items for sale at the consignment shop worked for me. If they don't sell after 5 days just do it again and they'll eventually all be sold.
