Just donated. Don't know how far along you are or how much you need, but just so you know that there's a little more in the pot and maybe it'll encourage a few others that late is better than never.
I'm not a contributing member here but thank you, Pescado, for making my game playable all these years. You deserve much more than this but alas that so many of us simmers are poor.
Maybe you can apply to the government for a bailout. It's a growing trend these days. Even though I suspect you're too productive to qualify for it and I think you have to do something very destructive to the economy to get their attention first.

The last time around, I supported the Municipality by convincing someone to buy me my cool avatar. It worked well once, but the tactic is not readily repeatable.
