I went to update my game since AM is now compatible with 1.9 etc. and the fucking launcher ninja'ed me with an update to 1.10.6. Those motherfuckers. I assume I can't play with AM now?

Mac users have to use the launcher to update as far as I know. Not that I'm sure this is relevant, but still, there are people who got screwed due to that fact. |

Mac users have to use the launcher to update as far as I know. Not that I'm sure this is relevant, but still, there are people who got screwed due to that fact. There is a little link trick some mac users can use to download the patch. Hover over the links on this page and you should be able to see it. Well look at my case, I had AM for the 1.5/2."something" patch that despite Pescado allowing about 2 months before it hit expire it hit expired so I had to update.
Since I believe on "burn everything" that means I deleted everything and then putting then back in about one at the time ... F-U-N-!

Can you use EADM to automatically patch an arr'd game? I want to patch my arr'd Base Game and WA, but I have NO sweet clue what .exe patches to use and in what order. If I can't use EADM can someone forward me to explicit instructions on how to get my damn Razor version up to date?

I think Razor has patches for the base game, or at least the cracks for them. I just update normally, with the launcher, and my Arr'd version is from Razor (Except WA and HELS those where Arr'd from different people as far as I know). Make sure when you patch that cracked files are replaced by originals or it won't work.

Why use craked exes or craked patches? If you are pirating the game, install it normally without the EA download manager and then patch manually. Then when you're ready to run, make sure you have awesomemod installed. No cracked EXEs or custom patches necessary. This way you can stay as up-to-date as the current AM allows. EDIT: to clarify, as long as you have the ISO and serial... just install and patch everything as if you had the legit game, but don't use the launcher. Start the game from the /Game/Bin/TS3EP01.exe or TS3SP01.exe... etc. You can even still use the launcher to install sims3packs and what not |

Nope, don't use a crack. But I also don't know how to go about patching manually. I tried once and it fucked everything up. Problem is there are so many fucking patches and some are for the base game and some are for WA and now there's one for the stuff pack... I don't want to sit there figuring out what .exe files to execute and in what order to install them all in. I just don't want to. Unless someone can show me a list of steps and in what order to manually install. Obviously I would PREFER not to use EADM but if it's the difference between complete frustration and total automation, then....

I have a legit copy of the base game, but both WA and HELS are ARR'd. I've always been able to just patch via the Launcher and I've never had any problem with it.
