Well, I finally read it here that the noddlesoother maxes out job performance , which would pretty much guarantee a promotion. Not that going to work in platinum aspiration doesn't do the same. Be sure to take it off as soon as your sim gets home though, 'cos it drains their needs. That's all I noticed when they wore it at home, until I found out it's meant to be worn to work .

The glasses are pretty good for getting promotions too.

I always found that the love tub made very little difference to whether the sims actually fell in love when they woohooed in it, just made it much easier to get them to woohoo BEFORE they had both the pink and red heart.  (Had to have the pink one though.)
