I was pretty delighted today when i discoved that I could load maty on my cellphone. Just wanted to share lol. I was able to read all the threads and even post. It helped with the insanity of a long roadtrip.

Awesome.
I once tried to load the sims site on my cell phone.
It didn't turn out too well and we got a bill in the mail. Apparently we weren't signed up for internet use (then why not prompt me beforehand?) on our phones, so we got a small fee.

I have a Treo, so I could do the same, but Verizon's Internet changes are something like $1,500 per kilobyte, so I don't do that. Next year, there are supposed to be models with WiFi, which is free, so I'll be able to surf the site from wherever. Can't wait!

it's against the law too here in Malaysia. can you use hands-free kit? doesn't make sense if you can't right, haha..silly me..oh we're encouraged to use hands-free. but with long thick hair no one could ever see if you're using a cellphone :p

The reason it was made a traffic offence here in the UK was there were numerous accidents while people were chatting on cell-phones instead of concentrating on their driving, and I believe people were killed.

My point is, it doesn't matter if you have a hand-free or not (they are legal here BTW) - if you are talking you are not giving your driving full attention. So if they want to make things safer, ban 'em all! * Baddmark speaks as someone who no longer owns a car or mobile phone, heh! |
