cursor XP is the one that always used to stop you using the cheat box.  Turn debug mode on in startup if you can't do it in game.  MTS2 has a "how to" in the help section.  Look there for this kind of basic stuff.

Well, it's more reasonable than that, really. Given that all cases of such interferences have been due to spyware, often PREINSTALLED spyware, the correct thing to do is to format and reinstall a clean OS without any embedded spyware.
