I assume the write/paint faster is just a simple value update correct? If so, I can probably fix those myself.
I don't see any of the all-in-one npc doesn't appear on the list. I know it's kinda broke for BV, but I can live without ordering food in the hotels.
Luckily I don't see anything diseasterous.

I'm not sure about the write/paint faster; I can only go by the bits and pieces Pescado has explained to me.
As far as the last name dialog thing goes, he has said this about that particular error:
"0x12D, or Pie Menu Strings, probably ignore for now...you won't get any SERIOUS errors even if something did change. And the errors will be immediately apparent when you click on the affected object in-game."
So that one shouldn't cause any game-breaking problems; just keep it in mind if you find weird pie menu glitches.

Dizzy has a nice alternative for this. The kids leave normal time but he's modifying it to allow kids to stay till 9pm. It'll be in his next spiral. I like Dizzy's better than Monique's because when the party is over, the guests leave.

Well as lolng as the correct person gets the correct lastname thats important.
As for staying longer, stay as long as you like or at least until your motives get too low. I like it when they stay around after the party... heck stay all-night. Heck, I have one lot that all they want to do is throw big parties that last until everyone gets tired and goes home LOL.

If memory serves, TwoJeffs' Visitor Controller has this built-in, along with all its other nifty features.
