Abandonated Mods Needing Updates for Free Time

Well, it seemed to go over pretty well last time, so here we go. Abandonated Mods 2: Electric Boogaloo!
These are mods by people who for whatever reason are no longer with us, and that hackdiff reports as needing an update for Free Time (or that have thrown up a boolprop error in someone's game.) Also I have thrown in a few oddball hacks that people have mentioned missing since BV or earlier.
Any modder who'd like to take a crack at them (either to verify that they do need fixing or to actually do it) will surely have the praise and adulation of the unawesome Peasantry. I will attach copies of those files I possess for your convenience.
If you have mods by an INACTIVE modder (retired, deceased, vanished, whatever) which you believe need an update, please post about them in this thread and attach a copy if possible. I will try to maintain the list at least for a while so there won't be a bazillion threads on this subject cluttering the board.
Please do not post here about hacks by modders who are still active in the community. They will be updating their own work in the time and manner of their choosing.

Note for those checking their mods using HackDiff: Per Pescado, if BOTH of the following are true, chances are good the mod will not actually need any updating:
1. The only messages HackDiff returns for the mod are "Name Unsupported" errors;
2. The instances listed in the error are NOT 0x12F, 0x130 or 0x12D. (Quote: "I mean, it won't KILL you that the hack does not include the new Swahili and Sanskrit stringsets.")

Possibly? I'm not sure what the status on the InSim is right now, I assume they're going to update...

Duly noted. Maybe the drop-baby thing, which I assume must have existed at one time or there wouldn't be a hack, got fixed by Maxis at some point.
