ok let me try to change the answare  Roll Eyes
With the "Pet Expansion" the needs are no more 100% dinamics...
For example, you can have bladder at 0% but you sims can end to eat, clean the plate, run to the WC and then he will pee  Roll Eyes
Looks like the maxis have changed some rules to made the game a bit more easy, but, to be honest i dont't like that "super-safe" way to play  Angry

Wow. No wonder my sims w/ super low energy actually go to bed now instead of being pissy and whining about it for 10 gazillion seconds and then passing out! I'm thinking I like this. Who actually faints when they're dead tired? Sluggish, maybe, but nobody falls lifeless to the ground and and fails to move their ass to the bed 5 feet away.

Actually, I think it's worse than before.  If you have two needs way red, they won't deal with either one before stopping to complain (and try to solve the other).  I've had Sims run back and forth between the bed and the fridge until they starved to death!

Well, I don't know about in the main hoods, but with 'nouniprotect' in the game, I've still had dormies pass out (though they stay standing now, instead of falling on the floor) since installing Petz. I've also had dormies die of hunger, and pee on the sidewalk after getting back from class, so those actions haven't been shutoff completely.

Well, Macrotastics and Bathroom Uses You (and TwoJeff's sleep clock) help prevent it, but keeping a Sim alive after an Energizer mishap is not easy.

You usually have to hope they fall asleep standing up so they'll get to orange on that need, then they can eat, pee, and go to bed in a more normal fashion...

I'm not into pendants much -- I wonder how much a Ness Ring would cost. Smiley

I did notice that Pets broke my ability to make sims pee themselves in public.  I used to be able to select visiting sims that were irritating me and slide the bladder motive down so they'd pee themselves and be laughed at.  Now with Pets installed they won't pee themselves and immediately try to exit the lot.  I don't like this change at all.

speaking of bathroom uses you,  i install this in each house.  i put it on seek and normally it works just fine.  but now and then i get two people, neither of which has any real bladder or hygeine need,  get this wait-toilet, and least its a toilet icon spawning a clock icon,  and they will dance around  waiiting for the toilet to clear until i cancel.   then they are quite happy again and the bathroom doesn't requeue them.  is this the hack or have i got it configured somehow wrong?   its a single bathroom house i have it in.

This is normal behaviour for the hack. Since you have it on seek, it will try to summon sims to use the bathroom whenever they are in need. If someone is already in the bathroom, then it sort of forces the other sim to wait until it is no longer occupied.

If you have BOTH sims queuing up and the bathroom is Empty, then it might be a problem. Undecided

Ste

ETA: Incidentally, I also experienced something similar to joe's situation, with sims passing out but standing up. This used to only happen if they didn't have enough room to fall down on the floor. However... much more recently, I have had some dormies actually pass out on the floor. *shrugs* It's very odd.

Also, I've visited a bunch of comm lots, and my dormies seem to be able to still piss themselves in public. *shrugs* I also have had a few starvation deaths recently at dorms. I haven't yet played in a regular or downtown lot, so I'm not sure about other sims.

I'll avoid the obvious jokes, and just say I don't wear pendants or bracelets. Smiley

I've had that problem too.  Apparently the Skillinator will send people in there when they really don't need to.
