Townies no longer wear the suggested Outfit they buyed in your Business. Anything looks normal in process.
Exept after paying and spin to change, they wear exakt the same Outfit as before. Testing Cheat enabled shows no error.
Whats wrong now ?

Currently hunting this bug. It seems to be borked at a low level. I need someone who has pre-Pets OFB who has this working to do the following:
1. Suggest an outfit to a townie.
2. When he pays for it, RIGHT as he's in the middle of spinning, Force Error on him.
3. Give log.

I haven't install Pets yet. I'd like to know more about this error. I may want to change some townie's clothes before I install.
I understand the error prevents the sims from "swishing" into their new clothes at the checkout counter. If they leave and return to the lot, do they wear the new outfit then?
I ask because this is how it currently works for non-Everyday outfits. If I use Twojeffs painting so all customers are in PJs, and a townie buys PJs, the townie does not change clothes at the counter. However, when they return to the lot they are wearing the new PJs.

No. It's just broken now. I don't think the outfit actually takes. At least not everyday outfits. Somebody may wish to experiment with non-everyday outfits, and see those stick.

I bet they'll fix that. They have a way of fixing the -how can I put it- easier problems. Quoting the OFB patch list of changes: *Ug-No-More Makeover Station can now be deleted properly while Sims are performing the "Be Stylist" interaction. *NPC Vampires will now return home correctly when visiting an Electrono ticket machine lot. *Baseball Cap is now removed when Sims change to Formal wear. *While playing the J'Adore Bakery, second Sim can now enter taxi while there is a fire. And leave Pescado to fix the more important stuff  |

A workaround hack now exists to partially resolve the problem. It's not a pretty solution, but it works.

Unrelated. If townies aren't wearing their uniform, it's usually because they did something to cause a uniform change, such as using the bathroom. Having Bathroom Uses You installed makes them change back, though. |
