Yes. It can be found in the Pets hack directory, so it is compatible for use in Pets.

Make sure you get the latest one!  The earlier versions made the Maxis "can't pee when your bladder motive is solid red" bug ever worse.  The new one... well, let's say the nanny did her stuff on the sidewalk!
