omgPetz!111 install cloned all my sim files?

I was having some weirdnesses in the game so I opened up SimPE to have a looksee. What did I find? A bazillion duplicate Sims. Eeep! The game was fine before I installed omgPetz. Has anyone else had this occur? I'm doing a reinstall now to see if it happens again.

I'm pretty sure that's just a conflict between OFB simpe and pets, it's not that the sims have actually been duplicated, it's that simpe hasn't been updated to be pets-compatible yet.

Pescado told me to disable all plugins in simpe to avoid it, too. I can't believe that nobody else knew about this to tell you before me!

This is good to know. I was afraid to use SimPE until it was updated for Pets since Quaxi had posted a warning not to...I've been waiting for the Pets version before installing Pets on my game PC.

it Shouldn't be too much longer before SimPe for pets is ready a new version is currently in testing over at Quaxi's q&a forum. I forgot all about sim pe and expansion pack issues for a half a second
until I saw duplicate sim error's and realized the new EP was causing the glitch not 2 of every sim file. rechecked it today with the test version and I am happy to report that files are not being cloned in spite of what the error message says

I've got a QA version, and I've made a new mesh for the bone, but the stupid color has to be blue because it lacks recolorablility.
