Yes, it plays 100% normally like any other neighborhood.

Exactly. It's weird. I also can't find all the snapshots that are quite obviously being used. They just don't seem to exist anywhere, but when you load the tutorial, there they are... ugh.
I'll let you know if I have any luck.
