 THANKS THIS IS GREAT
Can anyone tell me please if there is a guide anywhere teaching how to do the following things, or if there is already a hack doing these?

- change the asp cost from asp rewards
- allowing asp level to decay while sims are asleep or off the lot
 
any help will be aprecciated since this is something i am looking for in a long time now
