No Corrupted Death Memory *CRITICAL*

(1/3) > >>

J. M. Pescado:
Stops the formation of new jagged-line invisible gossip memories formed by sim death. Now available in "Good" and "Evil" versions. Evil version includes the same fix, with additional bonus that when non-family sims hated by the witnessing sim die, the death memory is green. Mwahahaha! All versions compatible with all available TS2 versions.

No Corrupted Death Memory (v1b) for TS2 v1.0p1 to TS2NL v1.0p1
Made by: Flying Fish Systems (J. M. Pescado)

Special Thanks To:
Quaxi, for writing SimPE

Congratulations to: Draklixa!

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place in your MYDOCU~1\EAGAME~1\THESIM~1\DOWNLO~1 directory.

FIXES:
The formation of the corrupted death memory, as seen in gossip of the form
"jagged lines", "tombstone", "dead Sim", is now suppressed. Existing
corrupted death memory markers not affected, and will continue to spread
unless eliminated in SimPE. You can usually identify corrupted death markers,
because one will follow every directly-experienced death of visitor or family
member, and is flagged "invisible", with no event owner. It will spread to
other Sims in gossip, and all memories of this form (no event owner,
$Subject Died, Dead Sim), are corrupted "jagged line" memories. Delete these
whenever they show up in gossip, noting which sim possesses them, and which
sim received it. Find the corrupted memory in both Sims and expunge it from
anyone you can find.

For non-advanced or lazy users, you're stuck with your existing jagged lines
for now. New neighborhoods will be clean.

FEATURES:
Sims will now receive green death memories when a hated non-family member dies.

COMPATIBILITY:
This hack is fully compatible with all FFS hacks. Tested for TS2NL v1.0p1.

SIDE EFFECTS:
May cause computer damage, incontinence, explosion of user's head, coma, death,
and/or halitosis.

Ness:
I love it!

no more bad memories of your worst enemy dying!  nice.
Does it change the text at all?

J. M. Pescado:
No text changes. The text is pretty bland. But the memory will be green.

Liss:
You mean you can't make them point and laugh? Dammit.

You mean you can't make them point and laugh? Dammit.

They already did that.
