Still working on a new Bridgeport, But.. i'm in need of some assistance

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Hello everyone, after 3 years of work, I am still working on and off on a new Bridgeport.

All of the buildings are custom-build by me, world terrain has been altered and so on and so on.

I tried to incorporate old and new buildings with styles going back to the gilded age in America, skyscrapers in old and new styles.
there are some different districts, the hills, where the mansions are located, the old marina at the lower end of the hills near the bay, the downtown where most of the scyscrapers are, uptown also highrise but more expensive to live, China town and the harbour district. also there is a palace-complex cause my Sim loves to live large (14 lots combined to form the complex)

every lot is custom build for the lot it is on, so every single house has been build to include the slope of the terrain,

Now I know I have a lot to do still, I would like to incorporate all cc from the store like the tea-room set, the casino, the savvy sellers collection etc.
however there are 3 things bothering me.

1-
As an Interior designer in real life, I tend to "overstyle" interiors and make the lots to much the way I make them so it becomes uniform..
I need help to decorate lots! bars, restaurants, shops, theatres and such.

All rabbitholes are "hidden"in the basement with the rabbitholes from Lunar lakes but above that the offices and hospital and such need decoartion to don't they?

is there anyone who would like to tackle a lot or more to help me a bit?
or even take a look at the world as it is now and point out if I have made some mistakes in routing?

2- I use what is inhand, so that includes CC from Awesims, Simresource and such, do they upload with the world, should they upload with the world and/or should I include them in seperate CC-files with the download if I decide to upload it?

3- Also, how many empty lots should I leave in the game for people to make their own houses?

If someone is interested I can post more pictures.
 here are some Screenshots

Shh Necromancer man. I only just FOUND this thread.

Erwin, I don't do CAW but there is a little I can say.

That's a lovely world. Beats the current Bridgeport hands-down. I like the new skyscrapers! And the mansions are excellent, much more playable, I would say. Palace? Phew!

You might not like my style of decorating, tends to be pretty plain, mostly. Regards the black box buildings - I decorate those when I feel like it, ie for a purpose - if I want to have a social hub there, or maybe act out some stuff - town meetings in Town Hall, evening classes at the School. Otherwise IMHO they are fine as is, and not furnishing them most likely reduces lag?

Personally I like a lot of empty lots, (ideally at least 1 of the largest type for a Dynasty home, or some community lot) so that I can drop in a favourite lot, or make a new one. But also a good selection of built lots "sets" the style of the place, and you appear to have done that.

Great pictures! I like the "dockland" particularly.

Like most sane people.
