Only launcher downloads showing up! help!

 THANKS THIS IS GREAT
Prior to installing awesome mod,all my downloads showed up. after i installed it only downloads from the launcher showed up. so i uninstalled awesome mod and they still aren't there. i tried re-installing them and it didn't work. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
