Erm, no it's not the wall stocking. Just tried with all december in except the stockings and the lago breaks again. My previous test was all the store in except december. Don't know yet which file is the culprit but it's a december file for sure. According to the colors on the broken lago and Heli's post it is a Holiday item but it'll take time to find the real culprit within the Holiday set.

EDIT: scratch that I'm not sure it's not the stockings anymore since I also had a full Holiday set in the rest of the december files. Will remove it and retry without the stockings.

Welll I doubt it's the doggy present as I DO have that one in my game. The only item I can see from the original Christmas set that uses all of the default colours is the stockings. None of the other items are even made of material.

Here are two slightly altered versions
http://www.4shared.com/file/cNo8MtzZ/MM_NeonFix2.html
http://www.4shared.com/file/XKHxwiq_/MM_NeonFixNONDecrap2.html
I doubt they will make any difference but it's worth a try.

Yeah it's the stockings alright, I had a Holiday full set still hidden there. I've been cleaning out the store stuff for days now but there's still much to do.
Anyway back from testing, replaced the stockings to try your fixes:
*) MM_NeonFix2: doesn't do a thing, lago has the broken texture and its 3 channels in deco/misc.
*) MM_NeonFixNONDecrap2: same as MM_NeonFix2 but another unselectable empty icon appears in deco/wall.

Hmm, well all I changed in the '2' versions was the name reference inside the file slightly.
In the original file the 'Unknown 7' value points to 'SculptureWallStockings'.
In the first fixes I made I changed that to 'SculptureWallVegasNeonSign'.
In these latest files I changed the name to 'SculptureWallVegasNeonSign_batch9'. They seemed to work in my game but I don't think I remembered to clear the cache before trying them.
Probably just best to stick with the attempts previous.

Changing the scriptclass is not enough for these.  They have the wrong instance numbers for the dds images.  They need to be changed in the Materials list as well as the TGI to point to the images in the package rather than a different package.

In which case I'm screwed. When it comes to internal number references I get completely lost.
