Your issue has been covered before. Do you think, just possibly, it might have something to do with a need to update your game?

Look around. Use the search function. Read what you find then actually try some of it. You could also start by updating your fucking game, which it is already telling you is the problem. Basically, don't be a dick and expect other people to do the leg work for you, especially when they already have; you just look like an ass asking them to do it again.

And don't bold your posts.

Sometimes, when store content is posted as is (as it was when it was bought) you need to use a program to make the game forget it IS store content. There are sections in the forum telling you how to do this.
If the game is patched and up to date, but the game STILL tells you this, you need to find those threads, read them and do what they tell you.

Instead of being butthurt and reactionary, try reading the replies you got. The replies you've already gotten answer the questions you just asked, including why you shouldn't bold things, why you shouldn't make stupid mistakes, what you have to do in order to get real help around here, why people are calling you a dick, and the first step you should take to actually fixing your problem.

The bundle with the 13th-15th updates in it isn't working for me. I've downloaded it about half a dozen times, plus the individual Zen Again and Provence files from further on in the downloads thread. Each time I get a message saying the packages are corrupt: http://i56.tinypic.com/2ur09af.jpg

Please could someone confirm that the packages are sound?

I can confirm.

Edit: I hadn't actually opened your image link before I posted because for some reason I didn't think the answer would be this simple. You need to decrapify the files before you try to open them in s3pe due to the dbpp/dbpf file format issue mentioned in the error popup.

Thanks very much for responding so quickly, Katana. I redownloaded and was careful to decrapify before opening with S3PE, but got exactly the same error message again :/ I don't understand it; everything up to the 14th update worked fine. (The 13th part works; the rest of that bundle doesn't.)

I'm using 64-bit Vista. I use Decrapify in the F:/drive since they say that C:/ may prevent its working properly. I dragged and dropped the files exactly as I did for parts 1-13.

Edit: So sorry for taking up your time; I read through the help threads and discovered the Compressoriser Redux. It worked fine and the problem is solved. Thank you!

Nowhere. You need to find all the separate files and sets for teen clothes. Nobody ever made a file that includes all the teen clothes, or all the sofas, or whatever.

Don't yell at me but I cant get the store stuff to stay install.  I  put it in the CompressorizerRedux and that work fine,
when I install it in the game is said install but it not there.  When I check the launcher it said not installed.
What in the hell am I doing wrong.  Thanks for the help.

The answer has already been given a hundred times, so just read the threads about it rather than asking people to take time out of their day to say it all again.

Read up and then follow the directions more closely. Clearly, if you're doing it wrong and others have managed to do it right, the directions are not the problem.
