Random rolled Genius/Stupid trait

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

In my legacies I always have the spawn use the random dice for traits when they age.  In my latest house 3 of the children rolled "genius" but when I would click on a logic object (chess table, peg toy) I would get the mark through the genius symbol like that is not something they would want to do.  Removing the genius and adding stupid got the stupid symbol with the mark out.  Switching it back to genius seemed to make it fix itself - no mark through the symbol.

I am not sure if the kids were supposed to have gotten the "stupid" trait and the random roll messed it up or what but I just thought I would mention it.  I have never random rolled the stupid trait so maybe genius just always gets put in for it using EAs random dice?

I got the genius with a line through it icon for a sim that I chose genius for manually.  My guess is, the items are identified as toys, and the genius sim decides that playing with toys is a waste of time when they could be staring at a wall contemplating the infinite, or whatever genius toddlers do.  I don't know, I just ignored that and told them to play with their toy anyway.  I didn't notice any sort of mood/skilling decline from doing a "disliked" activity.

I think it's just a graphical glitch. I've occasionally had the symbols show up crossed through when they shouldn't be, for various traits and interactions. It doesn't seem to cause any actual problems.

That's how EA does genius; it shows several intellectual actions as being something they wouldn't like to do. For example, chess is something geniuses apparently don't want to do.. which makes no sense.

In other words, EA has the Stupid trait.

FYI: The stupid trait has popped up on a random roll for one of my Sims, so it is possible.
