THANKS THIS IS GREAT

The first time I saw the "Pass Out" interaction forced on a sleeping sim I was prepared to believe that it was a fluke.  However, subsequent instances of this bug occuring have cured me of that misconception.

If a sim is about to pass out when it goes to bed the game will force the "Pass Out" interaction on them after they get in bed, forcing them to get out of bed just so they can take a few steps and fall on the floor.

This particular timing issue has always existed since TS2, like when a sim has managed to sit down on the terlet, only to get up, pull its pants back up, and then pee in them.

I may be wrong here, but the resolution seems simple.  In forced action tests insert a check to ensure that an action that would preclude the forced action isn't in progress already.

Would fix inordinate larva bawling after its damn nappy has already been changed. Where the fix includes checking lot sims for a a social or action in their imminent queue which should cure 'em of their ails.
