THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Did you try firing up Body Shop without the face replacements?

I . . . took out the folder and bodyshop still crashes.

Did you fire up Body Shop while connected to the internet with an antivirus protection program on?

No.

Do you have securom?

Dear God no! I only play with nocd.

Do you have enough gigs of memory and a competent processor to run both the Vista hog and the TS2 hog?  Craptops aren't known for their gaming abilities, you know.

I have 11.5 GB of free space. I guess that's enough.

Did you try deleting the cache files?  I've found since I stuffed everything onto my Vista computer that the game is a bit more picky at running straight off but deleting the cache files usually does the trick.  For both Bodyshop and the game itself.

Gigs of memory are not the same as gigs of hard drive space...
