Community Lots Keep Locking Up

Once every few times my sims go to a community lot, the game locks up. Basically, live mode (and occasionally build and buy)  becomes grey. The only thing I can do is leave the lot. Now, this has happened five times already in the course of two months.I have attached an error log of the latest one.

Nobody can help me? Aw, if nobody replies in a month I'll head over to MtS2. Although, if nobody knows here, I doubt anyone will know there.

Have you tried using the Magic Wand, or hitting "cancel" when that pops up?

Cancel does the same thing, but I'll try the magic wand.
