Pleasantview and Strangetown, genetic facelifts.

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Pleasantview and Strangetown have just had a facelift.

We all know how borked the DNA for the premade sims are and this is just another fix for what ails them, with a twist.

What I did:
Updated thumbnails for all relevant dead breeders.
Fixed memories and family ties for Nervous, Singles/Curious family, and Skip.
Updated facial structures and DNA for affected sims.
  Choice of more green sims.
  Fixed a couple names.

I tried to produce sims that were as similar to the original as possible by using the founders pictures to recreate each family. After getting their faces as near as possible I would fiddle with their DNA and clothing until they looked right. For the most part I believe I was pretty successful but there are a few that just wouldn't cooperate. I did not use plastic surgery to accomplish this, it is all natural straight from the clown car. Except for PT#9. He either crashed into Strangetown and crushed his face or shrunk his nose in order to be a Pollination Technician, not quite certian which. (Originals on left, new on right.)

The dead already have new pictures in place but you will have to change appearence or grow up for the changes to be visible on others. Updating the skin color is a bit trickier. Changing appearence only fixes the face, leaving the body untouched. I fixed this in my game using Christianlov's painting and/or The Blender. It will also change for sunburn/tan/frostbite. I would have already fixed that myself but couldn't figure out how to do it in just the base game.

The aliens have landed. As I don't play Pleasantview I didn't know Nina and Dina had green genes. I've seen where some people play them alien and others avoid them like the plague. There are multiple versions so you can play them either way. I also always fix Jill and Johnny, multiple versions of them too.
I did not resurrect anybody. All I did was erase the extra Skip/Nervous/Darleen and make sure the memories showed the correct pictures. Brandi will still have a boy. Bella is still missing. I did at least try for Skip, but I screwed up and scratched that part off my project. I can't remember/find who originally fixed the names for the Singles and Dina, and the familial relationships for the Singles girls; but they are also changed.

These go in My Docs> EA> Sims2> Neighborhood> N00?> Characters. Please read included notes before placing in any folders for further information. Use at your own risk, not responsible for 'sploding computers or anybodies meltdown. Back up your neighborhood before use. Only use in a fresh unplayed neighborhood.

Many thanks to J.M. for the Batman box, TJ for The Blender, InTeen for instant baby deliveries, and Christianlov for the painting and cloner.
