Servos vs. Tents - Broken?

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Okay. Since I'm not sure this is a problem and not getting an error message... I can't really tell if this is a problem.

Can anyone get a servo to sleep in a tent for the vacation want? They don't even have the option to sleep in a tent for me.

(I swear, my servo Bella is NOT liking Bon Voyage...)

My servos have always been able to sleep in beds. They're able to sleep in the hammock, too. (Just checked)

Attempt at clarification: I don't exactly recall them getting anything from it. They're just able to apparently fake it. Maybe they lie down and power down? Heck, I don't know. I was just trying to get the vacation badge things.

I can't imagine how a Servo would benefit from a tent, anyway. Tents don't have electrical sockets, nor do they have sun, so how would a Servo recharge in one?

Possibly the same way they do in a normal bed, because they indeed do gain energy from sleeping in a bed.

I think. Smiley

Servos should not be on vacation, rolling lethal wants to soak in the hot springs, they should be home looking after toddlers and generally being useful. And under NO circumstances invite a servo on a vacation as a guest.

They do recharge when sleeping in a bed though, MUCH faster than recharging in sunlight. Otherwise we couldn't have vampire servos.

Mortimer went insane and created a Servo Bella. I'm using some hacks to make her waterproof and look more human. He married her. Would you not take the wife on vacation? That's a beating waiting to happen.

Regardless, it seems odd that a Servo can indeed sleep, but they cannot sleep in a tent.

Presumably, they're using the electrical socket nearby. I can't imagine where they'd find one of those in a tent.

Portable car battery, of course. Wink

Anyway, it doesn't seem to be a problem, but... well, it would be nice. I'm just wanting the vacation memory to be doable, you know?

I'm pretty sure there are just some vacation memories that are not compatible with certain beings. Sleeping isn't for Servos, and sunbathing isn't for vampires.

Servos cannot recharge on hotel lots if there is an outside stereo playing. The music wakes them up, go figure.

I would also like to point out that PlantSims can't sleep in tents either! Ok, ok, so they don't need to sleep or even have an energy bar but I want them to be able to sleep in tents damnit! I wonder if this affects werewolves as well?
Is anyone here willing to make a hack to make the "sleep" option available or am I just going to have to sulk off elsewhere? I'd attempt to make one myself but have no idea about BHAVs and whatnot. They just confuse me too much.

I'd rather have a hack that enabled Servos to *fight* tents, because that's what I thought the subject line meant. Servo vs. Tent in the cage match of the century!
