Does such hack exist? While it's not really a big deal it's still kind of annoying how sims just take off their "piercings" and stuff like that when they go to the shower/bed etc. Sure they would also wear glasses to shower and so on but I can live with that.
I've tried searching but didn't find anything. Or maybe I'm just blind. If such hack doesn't exist could some kind soul create one?

I use piercings that are made from face makeup, so they never come off.

I think it depends on the specific accessory. I recall on MTS2 that whether or not an accessory sticks depends on a bit set on the accessory, which is determined by the person making the accessory. Misconfiguring accessories should not be necessary, since this buggers up the turn on/turn off system pertaining to accessories.

I believe Datgen has an interface for chaning the clothing categories an accessory will be present in.
