LotExpander shrinking feature testings

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Hello everyone,

I post this upon my own decision to hopefully find more people to help test LotExpander shrinking feature.

http://www.modthesims2.com/showpost.php?p=1905898&postcount=1502

For all the following personal opinions were only my suggestions and they are NOT required by the team or the testing linked.

Precautions:
1. for your personal custom game safety as well as the testing accuracy, using a new custom folder with newly made empty custom neighbourhoods may at least eliminate many potential problems irrelevant to the LotExpander shrinking feature.
2. For every new set of testings (for different targets or goals), it's really nice of you to use a new custom folder with newly made empty custom neighbourhoods.
3. I can be wrong on something, please point out. Smiley

Tips:
1. one can first create a new custom folder with newly made empty custom neighbourhoods as a back-up template.  May use copies of it to do testings. Smiley
2. the cheat DeleteAllCharacters can rid the neighbourhood of all the characters ever made for that neighbourhood.

Basic Infos:
I personally think reports had better have some basic infos like
1. game version
2. Operating system brief infos
3. brief hardware specs like CPU type and speed
4. steps on how one gets to a problem
at least once, so we can trace back if any potential factor or co-incidental thing.
