TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Proper way to Arr?

Your arring is made of fail.
Download a proper FLT or Reloaded release. Create iso. Mount and install. Unmount. Use AM or NRAAS no cd - not a cracked exe. Patch using superpatch.
I ended up arring them all because I couldn't be arsed digging out my disks when I need to do a reinstall. Everything works fine, I can use the launcher to install stuff, but always start the game from the 3booter personally.
Arring isn't hard, you are just making it hard.

Redownload the files that hiccuped? I got the FLT from iptorrents, and it was perfect. Pop into grah if you want a download link KT. Edited to add: EA finally had a chance to do something awesome, and give us some truly outrageous hairs, Jem-esque from the 80s. Sadly they did not. This is one of the hairs they gave us: Very Susie Quatro. This is as close as I can get without massive CC [just CC hair]:

Hi, I have used Am for quite a long time now.. oh.. and love it.. I use sims 2 style aging, and lately have noticed that even though it is definately on (have been checking and double checking) my sims in unactive households have started to age and grow up.. any idea what is going on.. i donīt have any other hacks exept nraas woohooer.. and so far these two has worked just fine together.. I have all the expansion up to generations, and yes have patched my game and the awesomemod version is the one i should have.. Help??
Others have mentioned some oddness with TS2 style aging at the moment, you may be better off just switching aging off in the mean time.

Thank you, jesslla for the answer. I'll wait for more confirmation though. Why? Because unlike you and your oh so mature and nice name calling ways, I am not one to ASSume. Apparently you are. Whatever..asshole..
And you, bitterguill: thank you so much for your very good and comprehensive answer and for not being another way too common dickhead found on this site (all priding themselves on being tough and mean, but then let somone dish it back at 'em and whoa! watch them whine!) I'll check that out. I just got Sims 3 and I've got a ton of catchup to play. The name Nonamena is one of the new ones I've learned already from over at Inge's place.
Jesslla's post ASSUMED nothing. It showed critical thinking, problem solving and being able to draw conclusions from existing data. In other words, anyone with two braincells to rub together would notice those things and move on. The idiots and snowflakes on the other hand, need to have it spelled out for them. You are a brain dead cuntwaffle.

All those minute differences in skins are lost when the puddings go outside and turn into blobs under the "natural lighting". I have quite a bit of CC for CAS from downloading sprees of yore, and yet I still struggle for menswear and non-clubbing, non-skimpy outfits for the ladies. I was pulling my hair out trying to find something for my witches to wear. All I have is a zillion EA strappy/stapless tops and shorts/short skirts.

TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Sims fun meters/bars stay at halfway?
|
on: 2013 January 06, 21:01:48

That is because the fun motive works differently to other motives. When it falls below halfway you get debuff moodlets [stressed] and when you stop the action that was causing it to drop, the sim will become "unstressed" and it will return to the halfway mark.
The mopping example. You hate mopping, so you lose fun and become stressed out while doing it. The very act of ceasing helps to relax you and make you feel better - but only so far. This is the midpoint of the fun bar.
If you didn't want it to increase back to the halfway mark, you would have to deal with the debuff moodlets another way, or you would end up with a town full of stressed out townies.
