Actually Starler, the fence seems to be borked up for some people. I did make a fix for the fence but have yet to post it, the only issue with the fix is that it is a new fence. For some reason I couldn't get the fence to take the fix.

- Fence no longer has stupid transparency problems
- No longer should take dense snow
- I believe I made a second preset of the fence without that stupid brick Facade
- Doesn't generate a post at every tile

Actually they ditched TS3 completely in a hurry leaving the modding community to actually make the game semi-playable

EA had so much potential with this and they wasted it. 

I would assume it does need a fix as it includes new accessories and functions that Decrapping breaks, no?

I like it too aside form that dragging system. They tout it as fast and smarter but it really feels like I'm playing with Molasses or half dried clay. Everything else is pretty nicely done.

I never had this issue when I decrapped, then again I stopped Decrapping and started converting my store stuff to Packages at the end of 2013. I never had this issue when Compressing and converting my store items to packages. I know someone did a fix for the missing mesh in the Bohemian Garden set for Decrap users.

Pes, I believe they're referring to the Routing issues in EA worlds that cause sims to spawn and be forever stuck in the location. Also the Homeless issue is I suppose something along the lines of random sims that aren't assigned to homes and seem to flood the world. NRAAS (I believe Overwatch) had a part in one of the mods to delete all sims not assigned to a home in the main world to reduce lagging.

Sposadox, As far as the issue goes, There's not a perfect solution to it as EA is a crapdash mess. What you're best to do is if you're playing an EA world, you can use Ellacharmed's world routing fixes (MTS) to prevent sims from getting stuck in horribly routed EAxian worlds. If it's custom, you can't do much unless you have an idea of what you're doing in CAW and are willing to DIY. Also, I would say if you don't need a large ass world or only use a small portion of the world you're currently playing out, you should go for smaller worlds as the issue you are having may be related to your computer too.

I know when I started out with TS3 that I had horrid lag trying to play any EAxis sized world. When I went smaller (to a medium sized world) I had a few lag points, but it ran smoother.

As far as testing, I didn't see any issues myself, and to be honest I don't think having to replace them is an issue ( an inconvenience that's worth it, yes.).

Nothing's changed about it besides it still not being a functioning fan. Still looks the same.

The only assumed reason why they redid it was just as a toss in to increase the price of the set or make it more desirable to those with the broken fan and want it fixed. "Want it fixed? pay $19 more and you can have it fixed with a ton of other useless and possibly borky crap to go with it" Much like the bohemian Garden and the Bakery. "pay $19 more to have foods that should have came with the Bohemian garden from the door" Exchangelanders can't tell a good deal from a screwing over and since you get more crap (which unfortunately is in turn borked to hell or sloppily done, or both) they just shove more money up EA's ass and EA profits soar cause "should have been done with this, but ZMOG!1!*two billion emoticons and horrible gushing* new and cewl stuff!!1!1Einz!"  

Also unfortunately these exchangelanders are why we get shitty and stupid looking junk from the Store team. Every store set is a 9.5/10 in their eyes and any dissent is crushed. The stupider looking the item the worse they get. Won't be long before Ea has the Developers turn their shit into a mesh and texture it to look like what they normally sell in the sore and sell it for $20 in a set. "Buy 3D renders of our developer's shits... in bohemian patterns and tones with perfect stained glass designs and silly as fuck stencils. "

The old one apparently had routing issues for some users. IIRC it was somethign about sims being unable to go under the fan(?) This one was redesigned, but unfortunately it's still decor so there is no improvement.

I also love how instead of giving us a complete build set, they give us teeny pieces of a build set here and there. I also love how the stairs are full of fail too

EDIT: I do Have the Then and Now Manor in .Package format for those who can't get it to work in the launcher, hate the launcher or whatever. It's not decrapified. I have two versions available. One untouched and regular and one With some pricing fixes applied

The modified version contains the following fixes.

• Mansard roof pieces now Stay after eviction as they are Build elements, not furniture.
• Chandelier and Chain will Stay post eviction as I doubt anyone will take a huge ass chandelier and chain with them when they move out. Also raised price on chandelier from 95 to 300 simoleans. Chain went from 70 to 40 simoleans
• Grandfather Clock is now Priced at 2300 simoleans rather than 875 simoleans
• Both Haunted Mansion paintings are at 2500 simoleans rather than 2450/2475
• Lace Curtains are now 300 simoleans
• Curved Staircase pieces (sides and the mod stairs) are now 250 simoleans and decor pieces are no longer in Decor-Misc but in Decor-Sculptures. Also made stay post eviction
• All fences had prices increased or reduced as appropriate. Most were doubled with the exception of the Dead plant fence, which was set to free and the New Orleans fence which was quadrupled to 200 simoleans.
• Spiderwebs are now free and stay post eviction. Also removed from Decor-Misc
• All broken versions of items are now free. You don't pay for Broken items and sorry, but you don't get anything out of selling it.
• New Orleans Ceiling fan is now 100 simoleans and the New Orleans Gate is now 250 simoleans

New orleans starter kit I believe or the Then and now Manor. Then and Now version overrides the Orleans starter kit.
