Well I have now uninstalled the sims manually - deleting everything.
Did a fresh install again and installed awesome. Now it work fin - I guess it must have been some backup the uninstall missed that gave the problem.

Im sorry it is just that awesome is the only mod I have installed after a fresh reinstall of the sims

I dont want to spam the forum but I didnt think my problem was a bug which is why I posted outside this thread in the first place.
I guess a need to ask in here anyway so I just repost my question:

Every since I installed awesome mod this nude top and bottom cloth is showing up in CAS for females.
Are there any way to remove them? Because now half of the town is running around either top- or bottomless.
Maybe I missed some settings but I am a bit confused
