1  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Stretched Screen on: 2011 September 11, 20:18:49

You can edit TS2s Graphics Rules file to include your new widescreen resolution.
http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=7372.0

The file is located in
C:/Program Files/EA GAMES/The Sims 2 Last EP (or M&G)/TSData/Res/Config/Graphics Rules.sgr
2  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Age duration my way on: 2011 July 09, 09:56:18
Any way you can put up what you would need to do in order to change the ages in this mod to what you would want them to be?

Directions are on Inge's site. Look at "age group tweak."

 Smiley

It's been awhile since I edited the penis textures so I forget exactly what I tried to keep the details but I know I ended up just copying & pasting the umhairbald textures (over the penis textures).  I may have also made them a tad bit lighter because they appeared a bit darker on the penis.  The lack of veins doesn't bother me since I don't get close enough with the camera to notice.
4  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Creating default skin replacement - simplified method. on: 2011 May 09, 23:40:39
Also, does it work to just use a section of the umhairbald-skin-s1,2,3 and 4_txtr (amhair~hair~stdMatBaseTextureName.png) to recolour Crammyboy's penis?

Yes, although there will be a lack of details (like the veins).
5  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Creating default skin replacement - simplified method. on: 2011 May 01, 16:10:18
Where the file is depends on where you downloaded it to and where you unzipped it to.

Simpe -> file -> open -> browse to where you put the package file
6  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Creating default skin replacement - simplified method. on: 2011 April 21, 14:16:54
If you haven't already, download a default skintone replacement file that someone else made, then you open that file in simpe to import your textures into.
7  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Any way to get rid of annoying dialog box? on: 2011 April 12, 12:38:52
It was once available at Simlogical and it was made by rez.

*laughs*  I wasn't arguing and whether my world sucks or not, is a matter of opinion and your opinion doesn't matter to me.   Cheesy

we aren't as awesome

There is more then one of you Stupid-cunts?   Heads up Unawesome-cunt, you're the noob here and you're not awesome at all.
10  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Where to find GOOD custom worlds? on: 2010 August 12, 05:29:58
Stupid-cunt & jerkoffcraig, Yes, that is what I thought.  Roll Eyes

Aggie and Pescado, I don't know why the images won't load for either of you.  It isn't a simple flat square, although the areas for lots are flat.

Zazazu, I'll try to keep an eye out for more pictures of your WIP, if you post any more.
11  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Where to find GOOD custom worlds? on: 2010 August 11, 23:01:51
*shrugs*

Zazazu, Your current one looks really nice. I thought the same of another one you made that I saw pictures of awhile back.  Not to my taste for playing though. You like your lots much smaller then I do.  Wink  SI wasn't originally going to be finished or shared but some of my friends wanted it (and I liked my first waterfall). I was just trying to get the hang of the tools in CAW.  Cheesy  I learned a lot while making it and it's plays great so it'll do for me until I make others.  I'm liking the tools in CAW, although it feels a bit slow & clunky at times. We can do so much more then we could with SC4 for TS2 terrains.

Stupid-cunt & jerkoffcraig, So what worlds have you two twatwaffles made?
12  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Where to find GOOD custom worlds? on: 2010 August 11, 09:02:36

I made a small island world. It doesn't come with houses but has around 50 res lots with room for some more.
http://www.the-isz.com/theisz/index.php?/topic/6462-sleepy-isle-in-testing/

I still have it set as in testing but haven't found anything wrong with it.
13  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: All Game Sound Shuts Off on: 2010 August 03, 04:36:22

I lost sound when playing one time. I just kept playing and eventually the sound started working again.
14  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Deleting SWAFs to safely package occupied lots??? on: 2010 January 19, 00:35:29
It's not that hard to make occupied lots safe to use. Roll Eyes

Instructions for safely saving sims on Lots, for use in other hoods:

1, Package them on their lot.
2, install them into the throw away hood using clean installer (making sure you only install the family and the lot - no one that isn't living on the lot)
3, use Simpe or Pescado's Lot debugger (ffsdebugger) to clean up their memories (or use both).
4, re-package them on their lot.
5, install in your new hood.

Odd, I have plenty of control with the normal camera using my mouse buttons. I rarely bother with the other camera.
17  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Empty and Cleaned-up Templates. [UPDATED] on: 2009 October 21, 22:51:45

I used selzi's default face replacements (the maxis faces made sane) and for nearly all of the pre-mades, I used the face I felt was closest to their original deformed fugly face.

Can you provide side by side pictorial examples?

No, I can't. Considering I hated most of them before giving them plastic surgery, I didn't take pictures of them before and then after there were too many to even consider bothering with pictures. The project was time consuming enough as it was.
18  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Empty and Cleaned-up Templates. [UPDATED] on: 2009 October 08, 09:47:20
Has anyone even made "Cleaned" templates for those EPs?

I don't think so.

If you want any of those pre-mades (or any of the pre-mades from any of the hoods - including the extra shipped families), I have them packaged up on Lots. They are all cleaned and safe to use in any hood. You can make your own clean hood with them.

Actually, I have two versions of all of them available (another member got some of the originals for me since I didn't have them). One version is the original households and the second version is my own where I gave them all plastic surgery (made genetic).

originals:

http://www.the-isz.com/theisz/index.php?showforum=193 (bit scattered in that section but most are near the bottom)

19  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Cleaning a hood or starting from scratch? on: 2009 October 07, 08:52:38
I do have characters in my hood I would like to keep though, is there a way to transport them from my current hood to a new clean one?

1, Package them on their lot.
2, install them into the throw away hood using clean installer (making sure you only install the family and the lot - no one that isn't living on the lot)
3, use Simpe or Pescado's Lot debugger (ffsdebugger) to clean up their memories (or use both).
4, re-package them on their lot.
5, install in your new hood.

I do this all the time. If you want any of the Maxis/EAxis pre-made households. I have them all (from all the pre-made hoods, including the Uni students as teens) packaged up (cleaned & safe to use) at Crazy Town. I have two versions of them - with & without plastic surgery (plastic surgery made genetic).

20  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Deadly Ghosts on: 2009 September 06, 09:09:58

It's easy to drown sims in TS3. Once they are in the pool, just drop their energy and then drop their hunger = instant death by drowning.
21  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Move sim to larger house on: 2009 September 01, 01:46:31
If the sim is living in the starter house by herself there is only one option (in TS2) and that is moving her via the neighborhood option = move to sim bin and from the bin you can then place her in the new house. If your talking about TS3 then your in the wrong section of this forum.
22  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Framework does not work: even without any CC, game fails to load with framework on: 2009 July 18, 21:27:55
Why is .NET 3.5 needed?

I only have 1 and 2 and TS3 with mods works fine.

*will eventually get around to updating stuff like .NET*

All you have to do is change the spawns hair color to the color it 'should' be and that will change it's genes.  It's so easy to change that I'm not sure why some people make a big deal about it.

25  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: They can autonomously cheat. on: 2009 June 29, 05:18:32
I have a female sim that is:
Charismatic
Excitable
Hopeless Romantic
Insane
Unlucky

and the only guy I have seen her flirt with is the guy she is living with (they are lovers but not girlfriend/boyfriend)

The guy is:
Athletic
Charismatic
Flirty
Virtuoso
Great Kisser

and he flirts with plenty of other females (expected since he is Flirty).

I've heard some sims will autonomously woohoo but none of my sims ever have.  Sad
