Quick question Anach, are you Anach from mods.mandalorians.de?  Grin
Couldn't you have asked this in PM?

Could you have messaged me this in a PM? Why of course you could but you didn't!

My sims have hard lives when they start out.

I think everyone here is completely aware of how much your sims' lives suck.

It's so hard!

Is there any way you can get the sims to speak something other than "Simlish"? I would love to hear them speak English or to be able to change it to the language the player wants to speak it? Is this possible or is it something that will just be as is?

Dipshit.

If this was a coupon you could use for anything created by EA, and you choose to use it to obtain Barnacle Bay, then yes: you are a moron.

Is it really my fault EA gives out 20$ off coupons like candy?

You order something, call up about the order. Here is a 20$ off coupon for your troubles.

For those interested in making conversions, S3PE doesn't seem to have any problem exporting files from the game, and all the hair files can be found in the various fullbuild packages. I can't get any other programs to open anything, though.

S3PE helps. Go back to basics Wink

All ready have the meshes available.

In this particular case, paying for it would make someone a moron, particularly when they added two staircases, slapped on a $20 pricetag, and stuck it in stores like it was a brand-new SP.

Even with a EA 20$ off coupon?

Maybe not in the technical sense, but aesthetically?  Yeah.

In the sense of Barnacle Bay being an EA world, it is fine. Nothing over the top, turn a world out in a week and sell it. Far from pleasing, agreed.

At the same time, when you get something for free, as with most people who use ARR content, you can't really complain. That's how I was raised anyways.

Ah, ok. Didn't know that. B-Bay is the first custom world I've played at any length. Still a completely messed up world though.  Wink

Barnacle Bay isn't really messed up, you just fail at ARRing. My world is fine, I have no string names in the game and everything is wonderful.  Cheesy Wink

As noted above s3pe does open some .package files, but not all files.

In all honesty, hopefully some of the key features of Sims Medieval can make it's way to Sims 3. By glancing, some of the files share similarities, but I highly doubt people can port them as in "extract from Medieval and pop into Sims 3". Hopefully it can bring new animations!

Now about the game, so far the only thing I care for or like is the sparring and being the ruler aspect. I would love to have the "explore cave/forest" aspect in the Sims 3. ARRRR!

Use the launcher. Click on Installed content, look under clothing and look for the fubared articles of clothing. Select uninstall.

Next time use the custard tool Wink
