bleah..ok thank you. I'll give it a go.

I just patched to 1.14.11, game loads but when I click new neighborhood,(I deleted all the old ones as they were also crashing) it starts to load but before its even 1/4 thru it just dumps back to desktop with no error messages. I have removed all files from my mods folder and even renamed my sim3 folder (in my documents) so it would create a new one and same thing happens.

Ok, thank you. Seems like I would have no problems with the TSS lot (I have all EP's but only Celebrations, Ikea and K&B SP)

Was there anything used in the original lot that would cause issues installing into a setup that does not have that expansion? I would prefer not to use the basegame version.

I didn't click on anything but "next" for the next page and BAM, there it was.

You know, I checked that nothing was blocking the front door, but there is one column block the path TO the door. I'll fix it and thank you for bringing it to my attention.

I kept the trees in place, moved a shrub a couple of squares.

The cabin could be fun seeing as you will absolutely have to expand it and with having to leave all the exterior walls in place, might make a fun floor plan

The garage can not have a car in it, but there is room for the driveway extension to be placed in the driveway and while they just poof and not actually drive off, it does allow the use of a vehicle.

the bath and kitchen items were placed normally (no boolprops) so should be quite useable.

Faizah I love the look, very nautical with the round windows and what look like ships rails. Would be very nice at the beachl.

And everyone thought the diagonal wall would be difficult to deal with. All the entries so far are really outstanding.
