1  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Sims 3 Crashes when loading save file... on: 2011 April 03, 11:48:55
Gee, aren't we having this very same conversation right now in a different thread? Maybe this is why you tards can't find anything when searching, SEARCH HARDER.
Search for "Sims 3 crash loading save" you'll get NO RESULTS.

You poor little special snowflake. Did the multitude of posts just like thisone, telling people they're doing it wrong not help you?

I'm so sorry.
Care to share what it is your talking about? Maybe give me the right search keywords cause maybe I'm doing that wrong? Maybe even contribute something instead of pointing out that I should've done something, instead of actually telling me what that something is?
3  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Sims 3 Crashes when loading save file... on: 2011 April 02, 05:05:33
Hey guys. So I arrquired the Sims 3 after much time without it, I remembered most of the things I did long ago, and I got it patched to version 1.19. I installed awesomemod, which I think may be the cause of it crashing, but basically it crashes in the middle of, and in some cases right after loading a save file. I have no idea whether it's caused by awesomemod or not, because I can't try it without awesomemod's NoCD. I tried setting my data execution prevention settings to allow The Sims 3 to access memory that's not allocated for it, but that didn't work. The search feature wasn't much help either, so can anybody help me?
4  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: 1.15.34.008002 Crack? on: 2010 September 15, 10:15:23
It is pretty trivial to make your own, if you actually care to bother, but it is largely unnecessary as the CDcheck can be disabled using AwesomeMod or Twallanian NoCD.

Oh, wow I just realized I still haven't re-downloaded AwesomeMod on this Computer.
5  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / 1.15.34.008002 Crack? on: 2010 September 15, 09:09:29
The search bar wasn't much help on this one. I've tried a few different cracks for my game, but I can't seem to crack it. How do I go about this?
6  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Some help patching from 1.00.631 to 1.2.7? on: 2010 September 13, 07:39:53
Sorry for my noobishness. thanks for reminding me that the search function exists haha. I've found the solution. Cheesy
7  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Some help patching from 1.00.631 to 1.2.7? on: 2010 September 12, 23:10:21
It always comes up with an invalid file found. The file's somewhere in the "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\HelpPages\CZE_CZ" folder, I forgot which one. I checked the codes that the installer says and yes, it is for 1.0.631 not 1.0.632. I also have a 1.0.631 to 1.0.632 just in case. what should I do?
8  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: It seems I have a WA problem... on: 2010 February 10, 06:31:20
installation fail.  Pure and simple - all the games need to be on the same drive, under the same folder.

*facepalm* how could I have been that stupid?

Okay, uhh, I installed them both in the same place, but still, when it's loading about 25%, it crashes, no errors or anything.

Yehey! Patches fine now! Thanks for all the help everyone.
10  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Triple Maternity Leave on: 2010 February 09, 14:28:03
To cancel maternity leave with AM - type "backtowork" in the console. I can't speak to your length-of-leave issues, but if you are on maternity leave and get pregnant again it will give you more time added to the current leave. The leave is the number of work days, so if the job is only three days a week and you get four days of leave the sim will be off for over a week. I had an astronaut get pregnant and get about a month off of work.

Just something that doesn't make sense to me though, why would that make 4 days into 12 days? It's not like you can work out 4 days into 3 weeks, cause that would mean it would be like 2 days of work for the week, then 1 day of work for the week, then 1 day of work for the week, which, as far as I know, doesn't happen.
11  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / It seems I have a WA problem... on: 2010 February 09, 13:52:13
I'm not sure if this has been answered before, I think I've read it somewhere before, but I can't seem to place my finger on a link. So, I'm looking for the solution. So, I installed the Sims 3 (to my D Drive, if it's significant), the razor1911 torrent, then I patched it to version 1.9. Then I installed WA, reloaded version, but to another directory (My C drive instead of my D drive), because it said it would make my system unstable (which I think is completely retarded, because I have 15GB on my D Drive, and it only really needs 4GB). Anyways, I patched it to version 2.4, then I cracked both of them. When I opened WA, the launcher worked fine, I went to start a new game in sunset valley, but when it finished loading it, it crashed. Anyone know the solution?

Replacing the files or uninstalling?  You might be better downloading the RAZOR version and starting from scratch.

Damnit... Here we go again I guess.
13  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Patching issues... on: 2010 February 08, 04:06:00
Okay, I got that fixed by downloading this torrent and replacing all the files... Now it's saying that "fullbuild0.package" (and I can only guess the other packages) is invalid... Anyone else having the same problem?

Edit: The Torrent didn't have a replacement for the files in "GameData/Shared/Packages/"
Edit: I forgot to say that I also changed my registry settings to be region 2.
14  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Patching issues... on: 2010 February 07, 09:55:30
Just downloaded the patch, did what you said, and patched it. But I still get the "Invalid File Found" error for "code_version.txt"
15  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Patching issues... on: 2010 February 07, 07:38:01
oh, btw, I tried the patch that comes with World Adventures by going into the "Support/Updates" folder. And then I tried 1.4.6 patch from here, both didn't work... They came up with the same error about "code_version.txt" being invalid.
16  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Patching issues... on: 2010 February 07, 07:04:49
Did you say you were running from a CD? Legit version?
[Also, on this site, it's okay to say it's not legit. In face it is preferred.]

I downloaded the Reloaded version torrent and mounted it with daemon tools. So, it's not legit (I'm starting to like MATY)
17  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Patching issues... on: 2010 February 07, 06:49:50
Are you auto patching or manually downloading them? You need to manually download the patch ending in 7 which will match your region (digital download). You can manually download them here: http://www.simprograms.com/the-sims-3-patches/patches-the-sims-3/

Also, shit is not a bad word here.

Hmmm, apparently my region's not there to update to 1.2.7... There's only 1.0.631.00001 and 1.0.631.00002, I have 1.0.631.00107...
18  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Patching issues... *[solved]* on: 2010 February 07, 06:12:06
Okay, this patching bullshit... Let's call it bull dandruff... This patching bulldandruff has been driving me nuts. I don't get frustrated very easily, but patching this game has been the most ridiculous waste of time... ever. Now I know exactly what to do, I've read my rtpatch.log, it says code_version.txt is what's wrong. I copied it from the CD, and still nothing. I was wondering if anyone had a copy that would work? Yes, I realize I'm pretty late... I have not updated my sims 3... at all. It's still at version 1.0.631.00107

P.S. - Yes, I did register just to ask this question.
