1  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: EA store stuff in *.dbc format - a torrent on: 2009 December 30, 13:12:21
Okay, can somebody help me, I'm terribly tardy and get very befuddled!

This is what I'm doing...
I click on the torrent link and get taken to thepiratebay where i can then see the download that I want.
I click on download this torrent, which then ask me if i want to open, save or cancel
I open it, it says windows cannot open this file
I save it and double click on it and get the same message....

What am I doing wrong?  Shocked

try using opera internet browser, it has it's own torrent downloader.  Works great, if you like to wait hours (or days) for a torrent.

I had the original Collector's Edition & had to uninstall it & download the copy from the web.  Then I could install World Adventures, but now it is asking me to update the original sims 3 that I downloaded & every time I try I get an error.  I am unsure how to fix that part, but I can say from personal experience that if you bought 1 & not the other, it WILL give you the region code error!!

ok, I must be doing something wrong...I can't get the items to show up in my download manager.  I followed the instructions, but I cannot figure it out.  I am not exactly a noob with this stuff or with pcs in general, but this is throwing me for a loop.  Any help would be appreciated!!
