This is the info velocitygrass on MTS has gotten: Some info about what's in the GameplayData.package:
The fix for the Showtime performers using Late Night lots appears to go even further: Graveyards, Fishing Spots, and Beaches work as a park gig. Pool, Gym, Library as well as Dive Bars work as Bistro Gigs (Coffeehouse is what it's called in game I think). Hangouts and the LN Dance Clubs work as Live Venue Gigs. Art Gallery, LN Lounges, and the Horse Ranch work as Private Venue Gigs.
Tuning files for the Premium store items have been added to the package. There's the existing ones and two unreleased: Vending Machine, which comes in flavors Candy, Health, and Drink and offers the interactions Buy to eat later, Restock, Kick, Buy to eat. Items has a chance to get stuck. A ceremonial tea set, which comes with a hidden skill.

SimPrograms posted some info on this that they found on the official forums. This is how EA added magic back into the game.
For the book of spells: Costs $72,000 simoleans Filed under Misc. Entertainment/Skills Click on it, the option is "Learn Spell" Spell options are: Summon, Enchant, Summon Animale, Summon Acquainted and Mood Elevatus.
When you are learning a spell you get a "Makin Magic" moodlet, which lasts three hours. You can only cast spells when you have that moodlet, so once it runs out, you have to go back to the book of spells and "review spell." There also seems to be more spells than what is listed there because the person who posted on the official forums had his sim learn "Unleash Animale."

I just installed The Sim 3 on my laptop just to check out this patch, and one thing I noticed is in the Electronic Arts folder in My Documents, there is a new folder, "ContentPatch." Within that folder there is a "Download" folder, which has nothing in it.
I didn't play long enough to really get into the memories system, but it sure looks like it's going to be a pain in the ass. There is a new button on the UI, right below the button to expand the UI. It's a little camera so you can take pictures to "Capture the Moment" so you can make your own memories for your sims.
And then the body hair, looks way too unnatural.

Kissing toast, one thing you may want to do is rename some of the files, or at least label them so they are marked that they are a stool or a dining chair, or whatever they are. Extracting them, I noticed some of them have the same name. For example, there is a dining chair with the file name "TSM2TS3_barrell.package" and then there is a stool with the exact same name. So, whichever one you extract second wants to overwrite the first one.

But peeing gives them a positive moodlet, which gives them more focus, which is a net gain on how well they're doing on the quest.
So you're complaining...that they automatically keep themselves...happy? If that is somehow an issue, turn free will off, because I hate to break it to you but the whole point of free will is to let sims take care of themselves a little bit.
Peeing does not give any extra moodlets. It does Nothing, other than waste time. I have checked this. Washing gives moodlets, but not peeing. Actually, it does. You just don't get one every single time a sim pees. Waiting 13 hours after his first pee, and having a meal, my sim used the chamberpot and got this moodlet.
