Twallan has several mods that allow you to select any available opportunities. I'd recommend his super computer for the functionality it gives the game. I've given up on the adventure board and just select the opportunity/adventure I want the Sim to do next.

I had a cab stuck in front of the neighbor's house for a few sim days. The only one in it was the cab driver. I finally got sick of it and nuked it. Towderelicts did not work. I have some issues on vacation, but the main hood still seems stable.

To cancel maternity leave with AM - type "backtowork" in the console. I can't speak to your length-of-leave issues, but if you are on maternity leave and get pregnant again it will give you more time added to the current leave. The leave is the number of work days, so if the job is only three days a week and you get four days of leave the sim will be off for over a week. I had an astronaut get pregnant and get about a month off of work.

I don't know whether to thank or curse these developers. I downloaded the UI mod and then found some more skins. Now I can have some males with hairy chests and defined abs, others who are hairless, no more "Ninja Turtle" look. I'm going to spend the next few days making a whole new cast of characters to play.
The best part about this mod is that Cmar made a tool to make skins and some people at GOS are going crazy making new skins. Non-default skins.

I'd say uninstall TS3 completely or run it unmodded. There is a great thread that tells users EXACTLY where to put everything so WA works. If they are too stupid to find and follow those directions they don't have the ability to run AM.

Rhumba, try using Twallan's supercomputer. Select sim/intermediate/relationship and select the two individuals. Choose an appropriate level relationship (friend, stranger, etc.) and it will be changed. That's how I updated my Sim who got hooked up by the game without me even introducing the two.

I have two children traveling with the family in Egypt. They are in the family-owned house with a computer and chessboard. Both are set to SC skill logic. They will play chess all day long until their needs are all low. They will play chess then start popping the SC icon for eat or bath but sit at the chess board. They both have fruit and veggies in their inventory, food in the fridge and a full bath (shower, not tub) available.
I am focusing on the mother who's tomb raiding and ignoring them. When I see their icons turn orange or red I'll click on them and fix them up so it's not that big of a deal.
I also have the father set on SC - fish who will sit at the river bank popping the "go to" icon over and over again and not fish.

Twallan has a mod that I have not tried called the Packer which does this. I haven't tried it at all as I use Pescado's method. Or I just kill everyone off an start from scratch.

For Pangu's Ax, the first part is to smash the rubble pile and open that door. The door at the end of the hall with the keystone should say something like "You need the keystone of the monks to open this door." Make sure you are in the right tomb, there are 2 houses on the Temple grounds. If you can't interact with anything try resetting your sim and trying again. Good luck.

How is the truth insulting? You would have found the information you were looking for by simply searching or scanning the forum. If you can't manage a simple search then you probably won't be able to manage downloading and installing custom software.

I had that happen with a few Omni plants. I had some I could feed just fine and some that were borked the same way as yours. I ended up deleting them and planting new ones. Those worked fine.
Anyone can feed an Omni plant. Try the one behind the Science building in Sunset Valley. I don't know if/where one exists in Riverview. In my borked game the one at the Science center was borked, too.

I'm surprised the option doesn't show up. Did you ever do the "confess attraction" interaction? After that you can propose going steady.

If you want a hack, Twallan's computer (search for it in Pudding Factory) had a romance interaction. You can set the level where you want for any 2 sims.

I haven't done all of France yet, but there is supposed to be an underground room on the small island in the river that has all sorts of plants. Check there and see what you can find.

Thanks, coconnor, I've tried that. Because the relationships still exist this doesn't work. In the relationship panel all of the members of the family show up, just the individual's genealogy doesn't work. I'm ignoring it for now to see if it fixes after another trip.

Now, for my question. Is there a command in AM to reset borked genealogy? One of my Sims came back from vacation with his tree fubared. His spouse, kids, sister and parents all still show him on their trees, but I can't even open his at all. Help?
