*giggles madly* Here's one I had a while ago...the poor toddler looks really horrified!

My nannies are always naked Undecided

[edit] btw I posted this as a screenshot on the sims resource-but it isn't linked from there  Wink

Thanks for this! I was sick of Benjamin Long and Kennedy Cox fighting every 5 minutes! Grin
3128  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Nannies on: 2005 November 04, 20:09:56
I have heard that using the cell phone to hire nannies causes these sorts of problems. Just cancel schedules, then re-hire using the house phone. Hopefully that will help  Smiley

 Grin Welcome!

So sorry about your cat Sad I had to do the same thing with my dog about 5 years ago, so I know how you feel.

Tee hee-did you see the post by Peaches_Cream? She said she's love to join this site, but can't afford the subscription  Grin
Sorry to jump in, but that made me giggle!

3133  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How much is too much on: 2005 October 31, 09:19:08
I only have 7.69mb-just some makeup and freckles/beauty spots I downloaded Smiley I have no space on my hard-drive for anything more than that really Sad Mind you I am just downloading Motoki's clothes hack thingy, I don't know how much space that will take up.
3134  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Looking for Elderly Mod..... on: 2005 October 31, 09:16:29
Thanks Motoki! I have been looking for something like this (without realising this is what I was looking for-LOL)  Grin
3135  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Jump bug back? on: 2005 October 29, 19:02:36
That would explain why on certain community lots they had trouble finding the doors to go out to the taxi! I will keep looking anyway.  Smiley
3136  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Jump bug back? on: 2005 October 29, 18:32:34
Aww all I could find was the 'Eat more talk less' by Crammyboy  Sad I am the worlds worst at finding anything...

I was useless at hide and seek when I was a child  Roll Eyes

3138  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Jump bug back? on: 2005 October 29, 18:10:30
Well I changed the booth type chairs and added proper chairs. Took a group of 6 downtown for a meal-fine. Took a couple downtown and did all the dining interactions, including surprise engagement, and no jump! Yay!
Thanks all-it must be the booth chairs Wink
3139  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Jump bug back? on: 2005 October 29, 12:50:14
Oh yes! I might go in and change them all into normal tables and chairs and see if it fixes the problem  Smiley That would explain why it hasn't happened on resi lots-I don't use those tables at home! Thankyou  Grin
3140  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Jump bug back? on: 2005 October 29, 12:01:45
Hmmm this has happened to me a few times, but only on downtown community lots. My sim couple would be sitting at a table, eating quite happily then BAM! ...end up standing next to their chairs.....sound familiar? It has happened in all the restaurants with up to 8 sims. It hasn't happened everytime but 2 times out of 3...eating at home has caused no problems-as far as I know. It has happened on my daughters downtown neighbourhood too. Other than this my game is working great! I have downloaded the nightlife patch.
Has anyone else experienced this?
3141  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Poker table problems on: 2005 September 30, 12:08:00
I have the same problem.  I don't really know if it is a fix or if I was just lucky but after I played a lot in which I place items from the inventory, I place some of those items back in the inventory because I decided to move them again in a new house, when I place the inventory items in the new house I notice the items were back to normal, I could place them against walls.

So I wonder if by placing some of those messy items back in the inventory, save and reload the lot and then place them back, if it fixes that problem or not.  It could have been luck since it only happened once and I did not had a chance to test this again but I still wanted you to know in case it could help you fix this problem.

Thanks! I will try that Wink
3142  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Preferrable Houses on: 2005 September 30, 11:13:17
No custom content like floors and walls or hacks and furnished only with stuff that comes with the game and it's expansion packs! Unoccupied and under 20k  Grin But other than that-I'm not fussy! Tongue
3143  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Poker table problems on: 2005 September 29, 22:37:59
I am having trouble with the stupid table once it has gone in my sims inventory too-along with other things..for example I can't place things alongside a wall, including beds and sofas, or place chairs by the poker table. I used moveobjects on to fix these problems, but it is most unsatisfactory.
3144  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Falling face first into dinner! on: 2005 September 29, 20:01:06
Actually, in my experience,"building" the baby was pretty easy. Now, "birthing" the baby was a pain in the ass. Literally. Wink Especially when the baby is over 9 lbs. I seriously begged my obstetritian for a c-section, no joke. My mom and husband overheard his phone call to another ob/gyn, and he was saying "I have a healthy mom and a healthy baby, and the mom is refusing to push! What should I do???". He was making arrangements for an emergency c-section, when I decided to go ahead and push. I've always been a bit stubborn.

I have had 4 kids-and with each birth I have decided enough was enough and got up to go home.... Grin I had to be pinned down by my husband and the midwife!
3145  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Falling face first into dinner! on: 2005 September 29, 18:25:45
Oh I forgot to say-she had twins too..like every other sim I have in my downtown neighbourhood who has got preggers.  Angry
Oh well-this will put an end to the 'How do u get twinz !!111!!' threads on the bbs Grin Good old maxis.
3146  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Falling face first into dinner! on: 2005 September 29, 17:51:55
I also keep a close eye on them while they're sleeping and if it looks like their sleep isn't filling like it should I get them up and make them go back to bed.  Usually their sleep meter starts filling like it should.

Ahh! This is my problem! They can go to bed, and the sleep meter will never fill-I'll try what you suggested. Thanks! Smiley
3147  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Falling face first into dinner! on: 2005 September 29, 13:58:42
Ok I thought this was quite cute and funny the first few times I saw it-but I am finding it very hard to keep my pregnant women alive! They are knackered and starving and they keep falling into their food...is there a hack planned that will stop this happening? I am currently using the maxmotives cheat to stop them dying, but I am not a fan of using cheats like that...I much prefer hacks  Grin
3148  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: That Chair is for Computer Users!!! on: 2005 July 30, 07:27:54
You can just 'shoo' them-they move pretty quick Grin
3149  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: who's playing this game? on: 2005 July 30, 07:24:12
I am quite an 'arty' sort of person, but my daughter is studying chemistry and physics for her 'A' levels. We both love the game Wink
