51  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: REAL Final Version on: 2009 June 03, 00:58:45
I have the RZR version, and it tells me my version is 1.0.631.00002. Then the torrent that has been ripped from a retail disk says 1.0.631.00001. It is up to you if you want to ignore that or not, I'm going by what I am reading and seeing myself.
52  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: REAL Final Version on: 2009 June 03, 00:53:00
When you open the launcher, look at the bottom left hand corner, it will tell you what your version is. If it says Version 1.0.631.00002, then it isn't the final version. If it says 1.0.631.00001, then it is the final, retail version.

Thank you, I have been wondering where this was.

I have managed to get the horrid lines off of my sims, I had changed a setting in my ATI driver when trying to fix the crashing to desktop problem. The crashing is still happening though. I've tried a fair amount to try and sort it, but nothing. I have been using that FPS tool, and it still happens. My computer is capable of playing it, but it doesn't want to.
If anyone can help, I'd much appreciate it.

55  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Razor1911 release vs. Reloaded release on: 2009 June 02, 23:53:34
I have been wondering that myself, Insanity Prelude. Also, now that the game has been officialy released, why hasn't there been any torrents of the retail version? I remember that whenever a TS2 EP or SP was released, then a torrent was up that same day. Today, there is nothing, only TS3 for the iPhone.

EDIT: I posted stuff in the wrong thread.

That doesn't work, it just makes the game slow and choppy.

I thought it would fix my crashing, and now the wierd line problems, but nada.

I've asked on here a few times for peoples input about what could be causeing my problems but no one has even registered my posts.

Mines is an ATI X600, and I have 2GB ram and 3 internal fans, but I keep getting crashes or automatic closing. I had this issue where the video feedback froze and the image would flash bright then dull, but the sound would play while the Sim went about her day, I have no idea what is going on.
59  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Razor1911 release vs. Reloaded release on: 2009 May 28, 14:17:42
Since uninstalling Reloaded and installing Razor1911 (rather than patching one to the other), and applying 2 of the patches that were found, I have not experienced these system freezes.

The issues you have said are the exact same as mine, I know there are patches somewhere in this thread but I cannot for the life of me find them again, would you happen to have a link to the ones you used please?
60  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Technical problems with THE HORROR: downloading, installing, and running it on: 2009 May 23, 23:44:22
I can get the game up and running, but after a few minutes of playing, either in family mode(live/buy/build mode) or CAS, the game closes itself. It doesn't give me an error message, just closes. My drivers have been updated, so I'm a bit confused.
61  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Technical problems with THE HORROR: downloading, installing, and running it on: 2009 May 22, 14:34:19
I don't understand this. I FINALY finished downloading it last night, and tried to play it for a little while. It loads quickly, and I can get into the NH, but when I'm loading CAS or trying to get into a house, the game just completely closes on me without even an error message or anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm still getting the same problem. I used the System Requirements Lab thing and it says my game is more than capable to run it. I've updated my drivers and it still happens.
Can anyone give me any clue about how to get around this please?
62  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Neighbourhood scenarios on: 2009 February 24, 12:23:17
Thank you Sleep, I went back and read the attachments, and that was the basic idea I got from them, even in the links I wasn't too sure how it effects gameplay(not your posts).

Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me, now that I know what the actual intentions of this is, I think its a smart idea, and could lead to more interesting gameplay itself. I'm more of a game player myself, so the scenarios the happen in my game, to me, have to happen, eg. I have a Sim family, husband, wife, four kids, he was a successful career worker, she stayed at home, filthy rich, he died, she cant work cos of the kids, now they are broke. It's real scenarios that happen in-game that make it interesting for me. Don't get me wrong though, I see what you done with this, and I do think it's a great idea.
And thank you for actualy expalining it to me, in a nice manner, I appologise if my previous posts were a bit rude, they were not aimed at you or this download, but to other people who had replyied.
63  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Neighbourhood scenarios on: 2009 February 21, 06:16:33
Did you seriously reply to this thread about three weeks after it died just to remind us all that you're a lazy twit?   Huh

Sorry for dragging up an old thread.

That original post is different from when I first read it, there are attatchments there that weren't there before. I still don't understand how this will effect the actual game other than the NH's, so I'm just going to leave it be.

No, I dragged up an old thread to inform the OP that although he updated his/her first post, I still didn't understand what the aim of this was for, all that I am getting from it is that it effects NH's and not house lots, so I don't see how it can impact gameplay other than for the imaginary aspect of play.

I am still confused by this, it seems like an excelent idea, but the OP talks about having things effct the Sims and lots. but then mentions that it effects NH's, so I'm not sure how this works, then someone else mentions that it effects NH's.

Please explain how I am a lazy twit?

Maybe not MATYians, but TapThatBooty is a n00b. The OP's post was pretty self-explanatory. It's a RandomStuff file for neighborhoods instead of sims. If you don't know what that is, either search and educate yourself, or forget about it. Hell, I don't use RandomStuff files, but last time there was a thread about them, I checked some out. So, I know what they are. It's not that hard a concept.

And I am a n00b how? Are you getting your information from my join date, if so, I'll let you know that I have been lurking on this site for the last year and a half now, and I am an active member over at PMBD, so while my post count and join date are low and recent, I'm not a n00b. And like I said before, the OP's post is different to the one that was up originaly, there were no attatchments to that one, so I assumed that he/she had created a challenge like the Legacy challenge. So why don't you go and search and educate yourself about how someone is supposed to know jack about something when there isn't any information available? Yeah? Thank you.

And like has been said before, why should we have to go and search to find out about a download or something new to the game, the person making the file should give you all the information there and then, you shouldn't have to go traipsing all over the place to get information, you might be willing to do so, but myself and many others are not.
65  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: TS2 Store Art Nouveaulicious Collection on: 2009 February 01, 22:16:10
Does anyone know if any slots were added to this collection?
66  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Neighbourhood scenarios on: 2009 January 26, 02:05:52
Care to give us any more information on this? Or is it just imaginary?
67  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: More Decorative Slots for Maxis Furniture (Updated 2008/11/10) EP5 Sink & Toilet on: 2009 January 19, 20:57:08
Sorry, I'm not going to add more objects.

Thats ok, you done an excelent job with this, my sims houses have never looked better.

Read the installation guide again, I already got it covered. Note the shiny "New" icons in the first post.

I read both the instilation guide and the first post, but I am unable to spot anything other than the OFB craftable objects. Before I installed M&G, I was able to place anything on them, phones, stereos etc, and now I am unable to place anything on them, it is as if I don't have this mod for the TV. Everything else all works fine.
68  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: More Decorative Slots for Maxis Furniture (Updated 2008/11/10) EP5 Sink & Toilet on: 2009 January 18, 21:28:11
First of all, I love this mod, my game wouldn't be the same without it, so thank you!! Kiss

I have an issue with it though, since I installed M&G, I have been unable to place any items in the slots on the TV that came with the IKEA stuff pack, I can't remember the name of it, but it is the one made out of squares and comes in black and white. All the others work just fine, it's just this one that doesn't any more. Is this just happening on my game?

Do you think it might be possible to add some slots to the bookshelves please? And maybe on the ledge of the fold away bed that came with AL?
