26  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: IE 7.0 sucks on: 2006 November 06, 22:50:23
geez...chill out!   OH i like IE7 and there is no WGA that came with it.  How about fuck you and the furryfox you rode in on? Grin Angry

Well said, kewian! LynnMar certainly came in on ThyGuy's cranky day, huh? By the by... awww, look at the pretty kitties.

Not just bi, they should hump inanimate objects.  Grin
There's an interesting thought..  Do they hump anything??  People's legs, toys, stuff like that..  Grin

Gawd love 'em, they certainly do! It is a nasty little habit easily controlled by the whipping off of the testicles by a suitably qualified vet. It's also hardwired into their behaviour as a method of demonstrating heirarchy in the pack. You'd better make certain you're the boss if you aren't keen on dog semen...  Grin

I do think a hack for neutering is a good idea, though I'm not so certain about the spraying for a full tom, Motoki? The smell... oh, the smell.
28  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Pet genetics screwed up? on: 2006 October 28, 09:41:44
*nods approvingly* That's better... now all's right with the world.  Tongue

When I got the new EP this week there was a fair bit of advertising for this bloody thing with it. All I can say is that it is a ripoff, plain and simple, particularly as (already stated by too many to mention) most of what's in it was available for free not so long ago - I certainly won't bother. Plus all those decorations are lame.  Angry

As for the newest nightmare EP... *bangs head against desk repeatedly, whining* My CC. My beautiful, carefully arranged CC.  Cry

There are some really nice re-colours out there..  Smiley

I soooo don't need encouragement to go download. Bad flowerchile!  Wink
31  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Autonomous diaper changing? on: 2006 October 10, 11:07:30
Mine don't, though, but that's probably because I hate the Maxis crib so much that I prefer not to use it. It's just plain ugly and I know that means problems for me but meh... you takes your choice.  Grin
32  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Give Me Nipple Recommendations or...Don't, I Guess on: 2006 October 09, 16:41:20
Sorry, Gwill, but I just got to know. Did you bleach before because otherwise those really funky dyes don't take even on head hair (especially if you're dark)?
33  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Autonomous diaper changing? on: 2006 October 09, 16:37:06
You can't find the baby? Your house must be something - I lose homework in mine, but my sims would be hard put to find a place to hide the baby. They hiding bodies in trunks too? Wink

Well, it's true I'm not the most efficient builder but what happens is they just drop them down in inconvenient places and if I'm not watching carefully (because having the baby hack is supposed to do it for you) I can't find 'em. As for the hiding bodies in trunks... hmmm, I like that idea. Or is that RL? It's so easy to get confused.  Grin
34  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Autonomous diaper changing? on: 2006 October 08, 08:25:04
Well, I wish I'd thought of the snapdragon grove as spawn are a pain in the arse, particularly when your sims stow the little blighters and you can't find 'em.  Roll Eyes
35  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Give Me Nipple Recommendations or...Don't, I Guess on: 2006 October 08, 08:21:04
Coarser hairs are darker. You have to take this factor into account when comparing. Look not only at the color, but also the texture, and see how that matches. Fakes are very easy to spot this way.

Empirical evidence, J.M., or merely assumption?  Tongue

I've tried many new skins, and my current favorites are the Louis 07 set, which someone on Sexy Sims (I think) turned into defaults.

These are what I use and they work really well, particularly with crammy's cock (hack  Grin). I only use Enayla's skins for my fantasy or freakish sims as I think the glow can be more than a bit disconcerting.

... but I can't say I've seen anyone with a truly blond rug.

Um...I won't tell you how I know but it is my observation that teens can have truly blonde pubes and that they darken as they get older. This is not an exhaustive study, though, and could probably do with more input.  Grin

I don't often use the elixir, but it can come in handy if you want to prevent granny from croaking in the middle of some poor toddler's birthday.

It's harsh but also extremely funny if you can manage it. It has only happened a couple of times and the resulting trauma is fibre building...  Tongue
38  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Autonomous diaper changing? on: 2006 October 06, 16:14:33
Add Inge's Bottomless Bottle for good measure and you hardly need to do a thing. Mind you I have noticed a tendency for toddlers to be dealt with more efficiently than babies.
39  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How do I promote an Employee? on: 2006 October 06, 10:54:24
because maxis is stupid?

Surely not?
40  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Super Slow CAS on: 2006 September 23, 18:07:23
Fuck about! Not so much a computer as something to take over the world, then?  Wink
41  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Super Slow CAS on: 2006 September 22, 10:55:17
FFS! Remind me why I play this game when there is life, butterflies and sunshine just but a step away? Having said that, though, this machine does seem to be coping well despite having 1.3gig in my downloads and an intergrated chip rather than card. The only time it threw a complete wobbly was when I put in Gummod's light thingy. Didn't like it at all.
42  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Super Slow CAS on: 2006 September 22, 10:09:37
So 1GB ram isn't really big enough? How very tedious when I bought this machine specifically for running the goddamn sims! Just how much fucking memory does this whore of a game require, then?
43  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Two issues: Diploma fix and Woohoo memory list on: 2006 September 17, 09:12:01
I'm more of a complete control freak than your friends will ever be. My sims are born, live, and die without a moment of free will. I am such a control freak I have an entire command and control system to let me control them. It's not enough for me to merely control them, I have to also control the controls.

But I don't use no notepads.

The puppet master doth speak... And I agree, notepads are for wusses.  Grin
44  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Two issues: Diploma fix and Woohoo memory list on: 2006 September 16, 09:22:52
Here's a hypothetical question:
If "a friend" of mine kept an excel document that had a worksheet for each of the little things that obsessive simmers obsess over, could "that friend" import most of the data into s2db?
Would "that friend" be off of her/his rocker?

*innocent blinking smile*
I said it was hypothetical, dammit!

Now, who could that friend be, I wonder? Surely not...nah...maybe... BUT definitely a tad on the obsessive, your "friend".  Wink

Cheers, mate. I'll go and check this out again.
46  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: New Mesh on: 2006 September 15, 09:55:16
Try here:

http://www.helaene.com/main.html

Helaene doesn't have any traditional Japanese clothes on her site but has her e-mail addie up so you can send suggestions for clothes. Not certain if she makes the meshes, though. Good luck.
47  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: New CEP on: 2006 September 15, 09:46:59
How do you mean, "performance hit"? I have encountered some strange things since installing this and that bloody toddler mirror *remembers to go and uninstall said mirror* e.g. my screen judders and jumps. Didn't happen previously at all.
48  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: New CEP on: 2006 September 15, 09:40:20
That's good. I was looking at this last night and wondered whether to bother but maybe now some brave soul *hands jsalemi a twinkly star and chocolate* has I'll nab it. I'm still making my mind up about the radiance mod, though. I do like the twilight effect, but I also think it can be too dark. Is there a way of modding this, or maybe I should keep my gob shut and go ask at MTS2?
49  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Two issues: Diploma fix and Woohoo memory list on: 2006 September 15, 09:34:04
That is serious gaming, my friend.  Shocked I would be accused of obsession if I did anything like that, and maybe a little worried about myself. I hasten to add that this is not an inference that you are off your trolley; I'm really impressed you are that dedicated.
50  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Call me a retard... on: 2006 September 14, 11:22:57
I used to say "that is gay" a lot. Then my gay friends started to reply with "No that is so [Jelenedra]."
That's an excellent idea! I'm glad I thought of it. And very appropriate, seeing as Jelenedras suck.

I don't think you're particularly sucky Jelenedra, at least no more than I am myself and certainly not enough to warrant a news box flash!

"Make it so", J.M? So who would your favourite Captain be, then?  Grin
