Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AWESOMEMOD & SCRIPT HACKS: CRASH ISSUES THREAD

I'm so sorry for all my confusion, I'm very technologically challenged. When I click on Computer-->The Sims 3, it brings me to the files that are on my disc. Are you saying I need to burn the files to the disc? When I try pasting the files there that's the only option I get.
No no no, you want C:/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages. If you do not see Mods/Packages, you do not have framework, which you need. It is also in the main download thread.

Am I one of the only ones that has zero complaints about the lighting and the textures? I have a very high-end graphics card backed by tons of ramz and I've never noticed any problems with my textures OR my lighting; in fact, I'm really happy with my lighting...in TS3 for me it's like GunMod's raidiance (dDefinder ed.) is built into the base game here. I'm not at home so I can't provide screenshots right now but later on when I'm home I'll provide examples - it may possibly be shader settings on your graphics cards that are causing your game to look a bit less than schmick.
In summary: ewe needs moar ramz and grafiks.
What graphics card do you have, Kiki? Sims 3 has made me decide to look into upgrading my three year old card.

TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Razor1911 release vs. Reloaded release

Due to download limits (I live on the edge of the 3rd world), and because it was working perfectly well, I never changed from my original Reloaded install, and all the store stuff has worked fine for me (with the aid of Pes' tool, etc.).
Hmm, that is good to know. Regardless, I still recommend upgrading to Razor1911 for use of Awesomemod when it goes public, as I do believe that requires the full, final version.

The Prima guide confirms the apples/watermelons theory. It also says that watching children's TV & listening to kids' music ups your chance of multiples. Pssh. Prima Guide cannot "confirm" anything. The Prima Guide is far more often wrong than right.

I downloaded the Reloaded version when it first came out and wasn't impressed enough to keep playing, but now that all this content from the store is coming out and I'm seeing everyone's pretty legacies and stuff, I want to try again. Can I just stick with the Reloaded version, or should I upgrade to the Razor1911 version for the sake of installing the store stuff, etc?
Well, logically, if the store stuff got you interested again (among other things), you'd want the version that can use the store stuff, yes?

and jfade? go look up his rant about how Pescado is lying about TSR putting a Trojan in their downloads. It was posted right about the time that TSR hacked MTS2--which jfade still claims never happened.
Dude, we all know where jfade stands on the TSR vs. everyone else issue. We know his politics. We do not like him for his politics. We like him for his personality.

So, by the timing, super honest TSR is using pirated versions of Sims 3 to make it's new tool?
Either that or they've been given a copy early by good old EA.
According to jfade, they are using Sims2packs and objects to test the functions of the program. and jfade is a moderator over there, so why anyone here is giving him help is beyond me.
...Because we like jfade?
