1  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AwesomeMod Bug Report Thread on: 2014 August 15, 06:55:59
Pretty sure this is some sort of actual error. And yes, I've done a whole lot of searching.

Dusted off the sims 3, reinstalled fresh from a year+ hiatus. I installed pets, seasons and supernatural, in release order. I manually updated everything.

Followed directions here to install framework. Used fresh NRAAS mods. Other then a few Cmar body mods and I think three hairs off MTS my game is vanilla.
I used the NRAAS Story Progression suite, Woohoer and his master controller. I had his error trap as well as a few of the small mods. Played a while. Missed the awesome functionality.

Used fresh awesome mod with fresh config file.

Awesomemod has decided that there is a competing core mod and lets me exit out of the game. NRAAS are not core mods. (other then error trap and my understanding was that those two were made to play together. Doesn't matter, removing it did not help.)

And now I'm getting crashes and freezes at load. I did not have these issues before adding awesome mod and even after removing it I'm having issues.

And yes, I delete the script files between each mod change. I've also started new hoods as trying to open the old hood causes a crash. Ideas on what has happened?

I'll have another go with the hack conflict detector and re-check the sims scores.

The conflict issue was the first thing I thought of, and was the first thing I checked. As I remember, no conflicts other then what should be expected, but those where loading in the correct order.

I shall have to do this tomorrow though, now is bedtime.

I think the pets that are trying to look like other animals are the worst.

Not all of them are that bad XD I have seen a few good foxes but to try to turn a dog into a rabbit That's not going to work!

They have scared me since I saw a kangaroo-dog. Eesh, points for the concept, but still scary!

And that rabbit-dog...*shudders*

Mr Pineapple cracked me up

Him's not fat, him's FLUFFY!

I think he is kind of cute, too.

LOL, OK, I must be the only one who thought his tail was a piece of stuck on poo then.

I bring you gifts of Mr. Pineapple. Granted, he isn't as bad as he could be, but he is in a featured set.

Rest ain't that bad. Except that pink one..

8  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: autonomous copycat behaviour (behavior) on: 2008 January 10, 07:40:40
I've noticed that too. It's definitely a post-BV behaviour. In one occasion, I used "Unfreeze Visitor Motives" of lot debugger, and it seemed to release twitching visitors from the spell. They went on doing their usual stupid things. Tongue

Yeah, it drives me bloody nuts. My visitors do it, my own sims do it, and every now and again I think my pets are doing it too.
9  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: autonomous copycat behaviour (behavior) on: 2008 January 08, 23:40:55
With mine it was the endless computer game. They would que up to play that computer game. It got so bad I refused to put computers in my houses. I did squash that with some hack thankfully.

That aside, yeah, my sims do spend quite a bit of time just standing there, and they will twitch a bit from side to side. It can't be a BFFVFS yet, the game is fresh, and run in a (mostly) awesome manner with no conflicting hacks. I really don't know what to think of it.

Reason for necro-ing the thread.

I have noticed that my sims no longer get nude on their own, no matter the outgoing score. In fact, they all just want to run about in their undies, which while funny, just isn't the same. And, by all, I mean all of them be they shy or outgoing. I did have the original CB hack up until BV, and always had a few nudists running about, no more. Is this a feature or a bug? I'm using awesome hacks and the insim.

Awesome idea. Personally, I'm looking forward to the day I can use a mini fridge in the baby contanment rooms. Till then this is good.

Thanks, I am so very very sick of the same male preggers outfit. That alien one always pops up and it drives me nuts!

All kidding aside, you have another tester, if you still need/want them. If I run into any problems, I'll report it. I'm not any kind of programmer, but if it is broken, I can at least tell someone. Tongue

I haven't seen this posted yet.

And, according to the creator, it is the 'perfect eyeshadow'.

Congratulations to Marhis for the goggles picture! Not to mention Database for posting it.

** I've yet to actually test any of my hacks in ZOMGPETZ! I'm hoping other ppl will report any problems, at least until I find the time to do some testing/playing of my own. Grin**

I have petz and not too many hacks. I'll try out the CR with this 'un. Together... they look like they could be alot of fun....

It it goes all FUBAR, I'll tell ya.

Well, I tried it... No "Propose" option even showed up, in two different families... I have yet to actaully get back in, remove it and see if that was what was causing it. Pretty sure it is, aside from the casual romance and yellow pee that's it for hacks..meh, but what do I know?
Just thought I'd share that there might be an issue.
